Hello Vivek sir, your videos are really Motivating and easily explained. However, in this video you talked about cultural fit about an employee complaining and lowering the enthusiasm of others, not all employees are of same kind it is about feedback and feed forward like said in one of your video that applies to business, processes and most of the places. There have been processes that is being followed in a company which is way too old and company has not made an attempt to restructure in this case such an employee is needed who wants to stick and bring change for those companies who have been making things complex. Now about baground verification credit history, there are 80% people in debt due to some reason or even due to loss of job they couldn't or was not in a position to repay but have continued paying once they got the job back in such cases the person can't be termed as bad record holder. Requesting you to please make a revideo of this one and explain it in a real sense by considering atleat few major possible conditions. Please! Thanks.
