As this comes out we should be just finding out whether or not we’ll be getting hit with a tropical storm, hurricane, or nothing at all. I vote for the third option! I love Texas, but growing up in NJ and NY does not prepare you for hurricanes!
So to take our minds off of our windy, rainy friends in the Gulf we have this week's tutorial! This style was originally inspired by the very talented Erin Balogh @erinbalogh on Instagram, she called it the “7 Strand Braid”.
Though we were inspired by her braid, our technique is a little different. We decided to call our version the, “Seven Strand Double Braid”. We called it this because the braid is so thick that it actually looks like two braids woven together!
Don’t let the name fool you, with a little practice, this style can be mastered by any basic braider. So try it out and tag us so we can celebrate with you!
