This channel is so underrated. My background is in graphic design and I’ve been out of the design field for a while. I’ve recently decided to brush up on my knowledge as intend to start my own brand and this channel is a gold mine!
What's missing from all these are Motion Brand Toolkits for use in Video Presentations. And due to the dynamic and wide-ranging applications of video, the way to do it is with Adaptive and Responsive Motion Graphics Brand Toolkits.
So glad to hear that you enjoyed the presentation - we're always striving to create helpful and educational content, so it's great to hear when people find it valuable.🙏
8:23 Acme Inc?... Oh well, in any case, I work as a customer service rep and I was a little bit puzzled when the brand didn't provide the tone of voice for us. Then, my employer didn't do it either and it was a bit baffling, specially as a person that can be very blunt at times , so not getting fired during training was my objective... In that phase I began poking around and found where the chat history was, all I can tell you: I couldn't help but to laugh at the lack of tact, some people can display in professional settings. If you care about your Brand, please provide the guidelines as to how to address customers. Most reps are young (mid 20s), there is no training on non violent communication, and even internally there might be no guidance, on empathy and such. In a nutshell, do the homework.
Yes, Many use the term “brand guidelines” interchangeably with “Style guides” but the difference is the strategy and application of the brand beyond the visuals.
