So, most of the time it is important to look at ourselves to become better. When is it appropriate to call out errors of others? And if so, how? Or would this just be creating division.

Lovely. An improvement suggestion - redo the spelling on the texts, e.g. not 'hougty' but 'haughty', not 'Louis' but 'Lewis', and quite a few others including bibical names.
