Definition of Ethnic cleansing is the mass expulsion OR killing of a people from a land, now it is a fact 700000 palestinians were expelled from their land during the 1948 nakba, and the world consensus as per human rights organizations such as UN, Red cross, The international court of justice etc. All are in agreement that this was an ethnic cleansing. They are also in agreement that Israel is currently still illegaly occupying Gaza despite withdrawing their troops (which is the main argument israelis use to say that they arent occupying gaza) because of their control over: borders, territorial waters, air space, food, water, economy etc. According to international law, since Israel is occupying Gaza they do not even have legal right to self defense as an occupying force is per definition always offensive, meaning there can't be a legally protected switch to defending unless they withdraw from their occupation fully. They do not wish to do this however which they have made very clear. Listening to this guy without making any effort to research the matter at all on your own is just playing into the Israeli propaganda. It is possible to condemn both Hamas and Israel at the same time, and Israel sure as hell deserves condemnation. Oh also quick side note, Israeli arabs do not afford the same rights as Israeli jews, one great example of this can be observed if you look at their registration plates. They have different colored plates based on if you are a jew, arab etc. Jews can go on any road and go anywhere, arabs are not allowed on a bunch of roads. Even if they are not in a vehicle they can be banned from certain roads, forcing them to walk around areas, possibly having to walk through peoples gardens, go through military checkpoints, peoples houses etc. Just to get across. Back in school I used to have a friend with whom I shared my snack once, they afterwards starting harassing me to share my snack with them every single time, they even complained to the teacher twice, the teacher didn’t understand the whole context of our conflict and once scolded me believing I have taken their share. I stopped sharing since then, and made it really clear in the playground in the upcoming days that I wouldn’t make taking my snack easy to them. He brought 3 more friends to try to intimidate me, but the whole school yard saw the harassement.. well for the teachers I was reputed for being a trouble maker for some time but then it all got settled and that bully came to ask nicely for me to share.. never again!

@@t33nyplaysp0p I’ve read Finkelstein, Chomsky and Pundak. I’ve been politically interested, motivated and active since I was 19 years old (20+ years ago) and I’ve done my fair share of reading. Facts are what facts are, you’re right. But there’s always levels of detail in every fact, in every single historic event. There’s nuance given to each circumstance given by perspective and there’s always context. If we study the facts, we can then make an informed decision about what our opinion is of any circumstance. This is a good thing since you don’t have to just “buy the opinion package” with any school of thought.

Coming from a muslim majority country (Malaysia), I have definitely seen the rise of extremist ideologies that do not tolerate for 'the others'. So I definitely agree with point no. 2 of world domination and no tolerance for 'others'. More people need to be aware of this and thank goodness for the power of social media. Eventhough I was following the war and have sympathy for the innocents from both sides, I couldn't help wondering if Hamas somehow wins...this will encourage more jihadi/ extreme ideologies to come out more in the world. If anything, I think this event has also shone more light...I can see immigration laws getting really tough etc.
There are plenty of Christian versions of extremism - who believe they must "take back America for Jesus" (or words to that effect). I've heard for years the things they say when they don't realize someone not like them is listening - and the hatred of the more fundamentalist forms of Christianity for the Other (especially Jews) is palpable. They learned decades ago that they have to be careful of who is listening - and if the Other is nearby, hide their true ideology. Most of the people that we fight against have gotten their mindset from social media - and I end up reporting people on a regular basis for outright hate speech and antisemitism. The internet, contrary to public opinion, is NOT a reliable source of information. The channel owner's statements are backed up by evidence - not by beliefs. I don't like his attitude towards liberals/leftists/progressives, and wish he'd drop that stuff, because it also shows some bigotry. In our experience, Judaism (Conservative 'flavor') is a very progressive religion - problem is people only notice those who are more fundamentalist about their practices.

I watched the video of Shani Louk’s (a German Israeli woman) broken, twisted, and lifeless body be paraded around Palestine on the tail gate of a truck where a bunch of random and “innocent” Palestinian men spat on her almost naked body and cheered bc this poor woman was dead. I watched videos of Palestinian children who had been blown up and babies dying in hospitals due to being bombed or not having electricity. And after everything that I had seen and made myself watch and reviewing each sides actions and reactions, I can thoroughly say that innocents have been lost on both sides. BUT something I’ve noticed from being on social media and going to visiting rallies and protests, is the Israeli side has shown a whole lot more compassion, empathy, and care than the Palestinian side. The comments under Shani Louks video were absolutely disgusting as there were people of islam laughing at her and exclaiming that she had deserved it. If I hadn’t educated myself further on the subject, I could probably say that I would be Pro-Israel based on the filthy, vile, and evil reactions I had seen from people of Islam and Pro-Palestine.

I’ve been watching a lot of your videos explaining the Palestinian/Israeli conflict and everything matches with what my sociology college professor told us back in 2010. She was an American, Christian lady who did yearly religious pilgrimages to Israel and made many friends over there over the years. I fought Hamas in Beirut years ago. On our team were Muslims, one of them saved my life by pinning down a Hamas sniper so I could safely exit a bad position. He and were friends before that situation, but afterwards I was invited to his home for a meal. I loved Middle Eastern food before that meal, but once I tasted his family's food I was hooked for life on their food. He and his kindness have stayed with me throughout my life. I have trouble reconciling that man's convictions and life with what's happening now in the Arab world. I carry no prejudice against any race or creed in the world. I've experienced racism personally and loathe any instances of it. I think that was the result of result of having racism forced on me and my family because we're Native Americans. I have always believed in wanting peace but being prepared for war. I have hopes that this war in Gaza will end as soon as possible and that innocent people will be saved from injuries or death. Blessings to all IDF soldiers in harm's way and to all innocent civilians in Gaza.
There are good innocent people on both sides but what makes me fuming is that we as the Western World tend to portrait most muslims as terrorists or animals while we are to blame for almost any terrorist group that exists today. I have some responses to your content that might be worth considering: 1) It is documented that since the beginning, the Zionist leaders of the project to establish a state of Israel felt that their success would eventually require complete removal of the people who were already in the land. Tell the people who left the Palestine to escape the violence of numerous battles only to come to later learn that they could not return to their homeland because-the spoils of war-tell them that it's not about the land. Tell the people living in the West Bank who are being harassed out of their homes by illegal Jewish settlers that it is not about the land. Tell the developers who illegally placed empty building complexes in the West Bank waiting for future Jewish settlers to move in - tell them it's not about the land. 2) Being ethnically cleansed is not the same as emigrating to the state of Israel. Those population changes you referenced had far more causes than what you represented in your video. I would bet that the existence of Israel itself had something to do with those population shifts. 3) I've appreciated your pointing out that Jews are not a monolithic people and that there are many different kinds with different values and beliefs; it would be good to take up the same wisdom when you look at Muslims, and even Palestinians. Hamas does not equal all Palestinians. I figured this out while visiting Israel for a little bit of time. You live there and must have discovered this for yourself. Also even in occupied territories, there are Palestinians and Israeli Jews who are coming together and doing the hard work of reconciling, establishing mutual respect for each other's humanity, that the governments..and many of their own peoples will not. Hopefully these brave people represent Israel and Palestine's future. I've had the pleasure of meeting some of them, and they are amazing people with enormous compassion and strength on both sides. 4) Big time correction: People around the world are not siding with Hamas, they are protesting against the destructive tactics of collective punishment, the weaponization of starvation, denial of life-saving, life-preserving resources, the murder of journalists and medical workers, the bulldozing of sick patients into ditches leave them to die under dirt, and the horrible calculus of killing innocent human shields as a means to the much-less-efficiently-executed end of killing enemy combatants instead of developing more direct tactics for engaging the enemy. These are war crimes, as were the acts committed by Hamas on October 7. The principle of vendetta might work for a gang or a tribe, but not a modern state. The IDF is in the middle of a badly waged war, and when the dust settles, who will pay for all the destruction and death? Will anyone hold Netanyahu accountable for this mess? 5) Hamas may not like gays, but a) there are gay people in every population, including Palestinians and Jews, and b) unfortunately there are also people in every population who are willing to commit acts of violence against them. 6) Gaza is not a prison-you are correct- but let's admit that it is a poorly resourced ghetto that has a an economic blockade capping the prospects of its inhabitants, that the infrastructure primarily managed by Israel is falling apart to such an extent that the people in Gaza have to drink and bathe in salt-contaminated water. Repairs, new equipment, etc. is stopped by Israel because desalination technology freely offered by countries like the Netherlands is said by Israel to represent a security risk. When the people who live next door have to suffer in order for you to feel safe, at some point, after long suffering, you can expect your safety to violently collapse. And why do people stay in Gaza, and the West Bank for that matter? They stay because everyone who has left their homeland has been denied a return. 7) The Israeli constitution might say a lot of nice things about equal rights, protections, etc. but a) Gaza and the West bank are not protected under that system; they are under military law, where they have no rights, and b) even in Israel, if you talk to anyone who is not Jewish, they will tell you that there are two classes of citizens-Jewish and everyone else-and everyone else is basically a second class citizen. This is what Israeli Arabs have said, Israeli Christians, and laborers from other parts of the world who live in Israel. This lengthy comment is all to say that you give some good information, but perhaps you are missing some of the things going on in your country. I am very interested in what you have to say about the Netanyahu government's attack on the judiciary, or Minister of National Security ITAMAR BEN-GVIR, who would have fit in quite nicely in with the Brownshirts in 1940's rise of the NAZI party (I defy you to deny this assertion). If you don't think Ben-Gvir, who has declared a racist terrorist BY ISRAEL, and people like him, who are CURRENTLY IN POWER AT THE HEAD OF THE STATE OF ISRAEL-if you don't think these people are genocidally violent threat, then I would argue that your perspective is profoundly distorted. The Palestinians are not without blame for parts of the current situation, but they are far from the only problem in Israel, which the world seems to have a hard time acknowledging. And their problems and your problems as an Israeli Jew are inexorably connected. It would be better for me if none of Israel's problems were any of my business, but I live in the United States, where a largely ignorant population pays for a significant amount of the military resources being used to blow through all those innocent human shields, harass people in the West Bank, and treat innocent Palestinian women and children as if they are Hamas militants. I need clarification about one thing. It seems the part about family unity in the UNHCR mandate also grants refugee status to children born to refugees. UNRWA site says nothing about it being authorised to grant refugee status. It only says that descendants of Palestinian refugees are eligible for registration. Also, UNRWA's activities are also limited to only the Near East. So, Palestinians living in Europe or the US aren't refugees. Are they?
I appreciete your videos! I'm from Sweden, and are not jewish myself. But by grandma from fathers side were and she was a auschwitz survivor. The terror attack by hamas 7th october stirred up a lot of emotions even thought I don't really have any roots to israel or a jewish identity myself, and I'm not talking about normal sympathy for victims of a attack or disaster, but more like a personal anxiety/fear. I've always been told by my father to never disclose my background to people as it can be dangerous, it felt a bit exaggerated so I've told all of my friends and such but it happens sometimes that I don't tell people out of fear that they will actually be antisemitic and hate or distroust me simply for having jewish hertige.
