Hi! In some cases yes. Average here is around 4500 ish per month , but we have seen several homes that are 11-13k per year. All depends on where you live and the school district it sits in. Hope this helps, and thanks for the support!
Great tip about the public transportation system and the absolute need for a vehicle. Moving to Texas after having lived in Boston where public transportation meant that you could travel easily without a car payment would have been great to know before hand. Great video guys!
