Extra tip: right when you hit the wormhole, try to jump and you will have an extra dive when you come out the other side. This can increase your speed by a lot sometimes.
It's funny how the Simple Bottom Middle Route has always been the strat most people (including me) have been using since week 2 of SS3. It's just that good.
I remember I tried using simple bottom middle during a recent let's go kraken game after using the xtra hoops route exclusively and I got first with simple bottom middle whereas with the other strat I place 2nd or third lol.

At the start I do prefer to let everyone else go first and I'll go after 4-5 seconds because I don't want to get body blocking at the beginning. I still can qualified at the top tier by taking middle bottom simple one as always Btw, you finally upload another great video!🎉, never knew about the xtra hoops one, I might practice it next time.
Top path is great for not hitting people since no takes it, you could take it for lap one then for 2nd lap take bottom and middle and still place top 5. The extra hoops are fun to get but do take some practice.
On the slides, you can turn around more than in normal diving, even on a Switch. Although you can’t do 360 dives on switch yet, some small turns are still possible, and I think it would be double that on other platforms that run on 60fps. I hope normal diving gets this change too.
It's not bad per say I just feel like it gets boring after a while, it's a safe map with decent speed run potential, hopefully they add some variants to it to spice things up.
There is another way to not ragdoll when you jump down from the middle to the start. Although it is slower to get to the start if you decide to finish to the middle and go straight to the beggining... all you do to not ragdoll is jump the hoop and wait until you're about to teleport to the beggining, once your close enough to the teleport just dive at that moment and you'll keep your momentum.
@@Izzytorium well for 60fps players, if you dive and move a little bit to the right/left and move back then you will gain insane speed you should watch Dylanos or Cry YT for proper 90s. Also on cry's RU-vid channel watch his ps world record it's insanr

Please host custom lobbies with the vault gamemode, I'd happily join it to play our beloved vaulted maps, especially the ss2 maps, I really miss those. Btw thnx for the tips i literally hate this map cuz I keep getting ragdolled.
This is why people call it the most boring map is because they always take the same path in favour of 1st rather than freedom and fun mabye if you took the middle hoop, side hoops just choose what you feel and it's way more fun you'll qualify no matter what aslong as you're not stupid and ragdoll every 30 seconds
I actually had a segment in the video where I said if you're bored of taking the same route you should mix it up by taking the side path on lap 1 and on lap 2 take the middle and try for the extra hoops, I got rid of it on the scripting phase because I felt like it was Irrelevant to the video.
Speedruns are a great way for everyone to learn new stuff, especially intermediate and advanced level players. Beginners benefit from guides whereas intermediates and up don't, they can still learn _something_ but speedruns are the best way for those types to learn and improve at the game, since they have a good grasp at the game and it's mechanics.
I hope they add a variant where it changes up things, maybe make the top path more viable by adding boosts on it, or add obstacles on the bottom and middle path that slows players down if they get hit by it.
There will always be beginners and people who just got the game and can't qualify. Guides live on and get views months after they've been posted, I would know I make em lol.
