I don't really know Andrew Tate, but I saw a clip of him, being angry and shit, I just find him annoying based on that clip lol, but he's right. Not about the abs, I don't care about that, but when I hit the gym and did some powerlifting... it changed my life, not even exaggerating on that. When you know you're strong, it's a whole 'nother world of confidence you'll project. Because you'll have the body, a visual proof, that proves that confidence.

Jose, got to say man.. I am a clinician and I work with various individuals that come in all shapes, shades and sizes. I’ve worked with people who are physically attractive and use the gym as a coping skill but suffer from depression and anxiety… just my work experience… I do know that working out is something that I also recommend for clients but it’s mostly chemical imbalances in the brain… despite that party you’re always spreading some much needed knowledge..

I have to disagree with numbers 4 and 7, colors don’t mean anything and a beard will not attract every women you see, also side note having a fit/muscular physique isn’t necessarily a cure for depression.
