I'm going to be honest here. The ones with the suicide and the puppet sounded way too much like quite a few creepy stories I've heard in the past three or so years. There were just too many things that didn't make any sense or sounded very unbelievable. Especially how the whole act of suicide was detailed, how the people at the end reacted and how the person writing the story was describing the whole situation. The puppet one as a whole sounded a lot like the stories where someone finds a mysterious item and finds out about a potentially cursed object which haunted the item's previous owner, just to find out the same haunted object is going to haunt them now. I can't say these weren't real, of course, but they did sound quite suspicious to me personally.
The story about the girl committing suicide at an amusement park was well written and interesting,...even though we all know not a word of it actually happened.
They could be fake names... As most people have respect when telling stories and change the names..... Because that's what you should do unless given specific permission to give the real name...
That story with the Marley chick was good, but pretty obviously comes from r/nosleep. If an entire family's suicidal, I'm pretty sure this ritualistic shit wouldn't be the first thing on their minds. Source: me, who is suicidal... even though I know mental illness affects everyone differently, but, y'know, semantics
Izzy Marie every amusement park has creepy men like these. It’s unfortunate especially because Adventureland is primarily for very young children to preteens its a perfect place for pedos
Oh my god is the puppet one real? Where did the picture come from? ;_; I need some closure for that one because i am terrified of puppets, mannequins, etc.
Thank you for showing me how to turn on the notifications because everybody keeps saying to make sure that it's check but no one really made it clear where it was.
I was molested really badly when I was 5 and was raped when I was 15. The 3rd story really disgusted me because of the fact that creepy ass pedo did that in an amusement park. Btw, great video!! Your vids are just amazing and really help out with my insomnia!! Love them a lot!
I get nightmares every time I sleep and for a few years, I had the same one in a place I've never been to but very similar to the puppet one. Listening to that puppet story made me cry, remembering my nightmares and how real it always felt. Kinda weird how similar it is though.
I worked at Adventureland and I worked ring toss. One day an old man with a long white beard won. As was there with one of the managers because we keep the prizes in the back room and he needed to choose. I say Sir which prize would you like he then says Can you be my prize and me and my manger just look at each other and we didn’t know what to do. He then picked an actual prize and left but that was creepy. When he came back to play again I had a heart attack. A lot of men like to go to Adventureland with no kids just to watch us do our jobs. For hours not paying to play the game and not to watch other people play because no one is around just to watch us bend over and pick up the rings in ring toss or clean. It’s extremely creepy.
18:32 "would you please go up there and turn on the ride for me" and in the game the character goes up the stairs and turns to the right. Dang, it took me forever to escape Handsome Hank in this game. I think Lazaretto was my first horror game and if you think Hank is creepy, wait for the spiders. ;) I usually only listen to these videos but I always find it interesting when I actually watch and see gameplay. :) Love your calming voice.
Funny cause when I was under the age of 10, my mom over heard two older women talking about me at the Adventure Land in the first story, this is what she heard them say something like : "oh leave him alone hes too young" and the other woman replied "theyre neva too young", kinda creepy, huh?
I wonder how far that “long drive” was to the clown room? My usual commute to work (along with many, many others in AK) is over an hour, which doesn’t seem all that bad. All a matter of perspective
I've actually been to that Netherlands theme park when I was a teenager, I remember seeing a sign that said something along the lines of "happy people only"
