Thank you cannot believe I actually held off till Easter to listen. I only could wait until 1 am Lol so here I am wow my self control is AWESOME! Lol🙃🖤🌹🖤 Thank you!
Ngl, I watched and rewatched all of Mr. Nightmare's videos to death, so pretty happy to have found a channel with comparable narration quality and a much wider variety in stories.
Let's read is absolutely great! & If you run out of content - and this can happen sooner or later - the channel named "Mr Ballen" is very enjoyable as well.
Here's to let's read, helping a whole generation of people sleep at night. Your low key a hero 👏 in your own way . Thanks so much for helping me sleep and relax or zone out for awhile.
The first story rings home hard for me. My best friend since kindergarten developed Schizophrenia in his mid-20's and is not the same person. Like the guy said, He was only....In name.
In this case rather than schizophrenia it's psychosis resulting from traumatic brain injury or TBI as its abbreviated as. It's not that uncommon for purple to have a TBI and become an entirely different person. I have a friend who had a four wheeler accident which killed him and though they were able to bring him back he was then comatose for three weeks and the guy who woke up was not the same guy who'd gotten on the quad that day. Different personality, rather than being upbeat he was depressed and even his interests changed.
I spend most of my time alone, my wife works a LOT! But you always have new stories that help me pass the time, and fall asleep.. thank you.. seriously..
Clifton is about an hour from me in Virginia and i used to pump out septic tanks and someone was murdered by the bridge a few days before i came to pump the tank i can still see the date it happened april 18th 2018 only found out cause my sister told me and i said that makes sense why there was a cop car at the end of the driveway when i was trying to leave
I must have seen that Unsolved Mysteries episode when I was a toddler and it was absolutely buried. “That man has a bloody sheet!” You brought it all back for me and now I even remember having deja vu while watching Jeepers Creepers for the first time! So strange.
As someone who lived in VA not far from the Bunny man bridge, I’m so sad I haven’t investigated it yet. I currently in north eastern Texas and with Rona running rampant, my parents won’t let me visit them so, I guess no bunny man for me for a while.
I don't live in VA, but in NY. But in the late 1990s when my older brother was a teenager, he visited my older cousins who lived in VA, in the summertime, and they tried to look for the bunny man and saw some figures hanging on the overpass. But they were too scared to go near them once they realized they were hanging there. I was gonna write about the bunny man to submit but didn't have time. So I'm glad someone else did!
Crazy to hear this story!! I live near Lorton in VA and we all knew about bunny man bridge growing up. We would go near Halloween time but get too freaked out to stay😬
These stories were amazing, I’m always looking for topics for my creepy Facebook group I run and some of these are amazing!!! Much love from Colorado 💜💟💜💟
I just wanted to say Thank you for your time effort and channel its truely a gift to all that watch and you deserve much more recognition than you receive. For me personally you've helped me a lot with issues I've struggled with for many years with no true method of relief and have also become a nightly fixture for me and my fiance like clockwork lol...most importantly anytime my anxiety disorder gets super bad I listen to his stories and I'm quickly calmed and my thoughts stop racing I become entranced by his soothing voice and intriguing stories It is honestly the best thing I've ever used to remedy my episodes more so than any doctor recommended solutions I've tried thus far. .I also listen religiously every night as I lay in bed to take away the trauma of the day and get me in that calmed mindset to easily drift asleep .it has now become a regular nightly routine forged in stone for me and my fiance both (since I quickly got him addicted to it too!) So much so that we cant fall asleep without it lol
Hey Joel ! Great stories and so well narrated . Thanks Joel . It’s great that you’re back doing your Lives . I haven’t been able to catch a Live yet because of the time difference . Hopefully soon . ✨🌼🌻🌺🌸🌺🌸🌺✨🌼🌻
@@skylined5534 haha same! Dude I could act the first two out but I have avoided the new one lol. Nice to (technically) meet another fan 😁 Don't fear the reaper 🎸
The reason the Moai engaged in warfare on Rapanui is because they deforested the island, causing an ecological disaster. So, they had to fight over limited resources. Interesting tidbit, the island had a species of tree on it that only existed on Rapanui, which was driven to extinction when they deforested it.
was not expecting to hear about a story that took place in a city near me when I clicked on this video but it was a nice (or probably more accurately, horrifying) surprise
I love this channel and I listen to it almost every night while I fall asleep but there's nothing worse than an someone with an American/Canadian accent reading a story written by someone in the UK. Everything sounds so odd.
Honestly, thanks for calling it Rapa nui as ir should, I'm sick and tired of people calling it Easter Island. I'll go to their houses and rename them and their family.
As someone with OCD when I first started getting "serious" about God I went through similar bouts of fasting and stuff (albeit I am Baptist not Catholic and mainly it was just myself constantly doing complete fasts to prove my "worth" to God). It wasn't until I read Romans and Acts that food restrictions aren't necessary in Christianity and all I was doing was making myself miserable. Christianity is about Loving not hurting yourself and it takes actually seeing how Romans balances physical "works" with Faith to know as long as you Love nothing else matters. Although the fasting did give me a new sense of appreciation for food and also humbled me. But Catholicism has been around so long that it has a whole lot of rituals (wherein Christ Himself literally said He was against those kinds of things). I Hope that my comment relieves someone's burden if they happen to be struggling with the same sort of thing.
I liked all these Easter horror stories! I feel bad about the deaths in some of them, especially the deaths of kids! I'm glad the 90 year-old is serving justice! I've seen "Jeepers Creepers"! It's a great movie! I know some people who've seen it, too. I also liked the creepy Easter bunny!
