7 True Scary Stalker Horror Stories (Vol. 12) 

In India, we celebrate a festival called 'Diwali', and it is MANDATORY for us to keep the house especially clean during this time (you know the saying, "Cleanliness is next to Godliness"). That is exactly what I'm doing rn and your voice has been a pleasure to listen to while cleaning, Joel!

How did that one husband only get probation for torturing his ex-wife? Isn't that attempted murder?

The ones from the stalker is terrifying. Those stories are always so creepy. Their motives and experiences never really make sense to people who understand and, more importantly, RESPECT boundaries and have healthy emotions.

When I hear those birds whistling at the end I never know if I'm happy I can now sleep, or sad it's over. One smart fellow he felt smart, 2 smart fellows they felt smart.😊

Story 4 spoke to me. I was that person. I did most of those things (Nothing to do with watching their home) and I've gotten so much better. I was told my issues stemmed back to childhood trauma.

I'm so addicted to these stories. I think I follow every true horror story channel on here. I listen at work, when I wake up, and while in bed. People need to Always be aware, you think you know, but you really have no idea. The world is such a truly terrifying place. Always be aware of your surroundings, even when you feel safe and secure at home.

Excellent choices for stories. Much sympathy to the mother with the narcissistic ex-husband, if one has not been on the receiving end of narcisstic rage it can be hard to imagine how terrifying, life altering, and all consuming that can be. To the woman seeking psychiatric treatment for what sounds exactly like BPD with stalking tendencies (which affects approx 10-30% of those diagnosed), she too was right in stating that "Yandare" is a fantasy and not identical to actual cases -- thank you for seeking help, don't give up, you are doing something that people without mental illness struggle to do...face themselves and particularly their inner demons. Yours stems from a lack of self-esteem, possibly acquired in childhood, and/or from a genetic predisposition -- please appreciate that you cannot (do not) "love" these crushes, the obsessive behavior is filling the void for love inside yourself, and that is also why they are so easy to forget...it's not personal, it's symbolic, and that void needs to be immediately filled; you (or your subconscious rather) have no interest in truly long-distance relationships...you need slightly more tactile fulfillment. But really, it is INWARDLY, perhaps even spiritually, that you need to heal -- NO ONE can fill that emptiness, only some kind of greater energy or source of love/empathy.

Humans are always so much scarier anything paranormal!! Give me a ghost, cryptid or alien any day! As my grandam always said "No need to fear the dead, it is the living that you need to watch out for!" Yikes!!

As someone who struggles with BPD, the 4th story sounds a lot like the whole FP obsession thing that happens with most who suffer w/ the illness. Hearing that story read out like that was really a brick to the face, but also very eye opening.

I have to say it was interesting to take a small trip into the thought processes of a person with obsessive thoughts in the lady's story. But as she stated she's had crushes, the issue will be when she thinks she's fallen in love. Also the celebrity stories were very chilling.

Story #3 is extremely upsetting. I'm glad he's behind bars but I hope he doesn't go after her when he gets out.

The 4th story is very interesting and yet terrifying! It's always interesting to hear the motives and reasons from the other side.

OMG, the woman stalker reminds of how i behaved in 1985 about a crush i had on a guy that turned out to be a sex offender too his sister's. I come from a family, of which i was emotionally abused. I dumped my family and I'm fine now. I don't get anymore stalking urges, as i now think that if someone is untrustworthy, you can stalk your crush, but if they're creeps, you can stalk them forever, but it won't change the creep they are

To the person in Story 4: I feel you, it's nearly the same with me. But I've never seen that as a problem bc I don't do anything besides looking for things online or gathering as much information as possible about them but that's it

Just a note about the first story... It isn't only men that stalk and act predatory. I'm a man and I used to have a creepy stalker girl that would show up to my work in my younger days. I used to have a retail job and all my coworkers and other managers kept telling me it was funny and cute. But the girl did and said some weird and obsessive stuff. I won't go into detail, but let's just say that if the genders were reversed and I was the female then I guarantee my coworkers wouldn't have found it funny... So men are subjected to stalkers just as much as women, and the situation is often dismissed because we are men and in the eyes of most people we can handle it so it's no big deal.

I have had 2 stalkers in my life. One was in my senior year of high school. A old boyfriend. I had no idea he was stalking me. I just couldn’t figure out why when I went out with someone they were not speaking to me anymore. Then one of my guy friends when I was talking to him about my problem told me you mean you don’t know? I said no what tell me? He told me that after the guys would drop me off at my house he would stop them and threaten to beat them up. He was a fairly big guy and well known in our small part of the city. Anyway I met someone that had just graduated from a different area of our city. So the stAlker wasn’t sure he could scare him like the other guys. When I began dating the other guy I had to tell him. It was only fair. I told him and to my delight he said show me a pic, I just want to know who I’m dealing with. One night when he left me at my house he decided if the guy came after him he was going to stop and deal with it. We had double dated so one of his friends was with him so he stopped and told him ok if we are going to fight let’s get on. Suddenly the bully decided it wasn’t worth it cause my guy wasn’t as small as some of the others he’d scared away. That was the end of it. Thank God.

Stories like these are hard to listen to but if it weren’t for the fact that i listen to them so much i wouldn’t be as aware of my surroundings and the people i associate with. My heart hurts for the victims of these stories but i appreciate them for sharing and making others aware. My guard will always be up and i will always be on high alert. To any women reading this, please do not underestimate yourselves, take self defense classes, carry self defense weapons (legal ofc), and if a man or woman ever tries to mess with you, fight with everything you got.

One word: sasaeng. They are terrifying. Go to great lengths to get noticed, including stalking, harassing, and even physically assaulting them. For example, pulling their hair, shoving them. One even went on stage and tried to kidnap a girl group member. One member was like nope, and followed. Nayeon's was on the plane with hers, it's a rabbit hole of information.

Story number 4 is exetremely relatable, i have those same tendencies with the social media stalking never have i went to their house tho, but once i stop seeing or talking to them i stop liking them in just a few days untill they come back its weird

This story is a little different because i’m a guy and my stalker is a guy. This stalker showed me what girls are going through when they get stalked by a guy. What happened to me was straight out of a movie. Flashback nearly a year ago I had just dumped my girlfriend. When I went through this break up it was hard for me to not have my friends around me, and I was trying to make new friends to keep my mind at ease as a distraction. Now I met this guy who seemed really cool when I first met him and we hit it off having interesting conversations. In my eyes at first he was a straight heterosexual dude, but apparently he had a hidden motive that he wanted from me. i’ve always been a pretty trusting person that has always been naive that not everyone is a good person just like all my close friends. My friends warned me that something was off about him but since i try to see the good in everyone I scratched their doubt about him off my shoulders. One day I took this dude to hang out with me at my house and vent about my ex girlfriend just to let it all out. Like I typed it was hard to be alone even at my house, so that’s why I brought him over to just hang out. The dude offered me weed gummies and me being naive and trusting took a lot of them thinking I was going to get a great high on weed. Now what followed disturbs me, I know what a weed high was like and the stuff this dude gave me was probably some kind of roofie drug. I started projectile vomiting everywhere in my house, while looking like this guy with a bad feeling in my gut that something terrible was going to happen. After I puked I laid down in my bed and had absolutely no control over my body. I could not move. I won’t go to much into detail but I got roofied by this guy and was getting sexually assault. I was helpless whatever drug this was made it so I couldn’t move my body and I began to start passing out. I knew what it felt like to be one of those girls you hear about getting roofied and sexually assaulted, the feeling of being completely helpless. In the morning I woke up and the dude was next to me, so my alarms started racing and I knew this guy probably carried a weapon so I acted like nothing happened and dropped him off and left immediately. Then I filed a police report but it had no effect at the time because I had no idea what this freaks real name was. At this time I was 20 and live alone because I started paying rent when I was only 17. Right now i’m almost 21. When I thought this was a end to a disturbing experience with a freak I was calm but didn’t know this guy was watching me closely even though I told him I never wanted to hear from him or see his face ever again in call and text message. Fast forward my next door neighbor who lives next to me with a dozen cameras came up to my house and told me he has been seeing this dude wearing a hoodie pass back and fourth past my house day and night. I thought that was weird but didn’t give it to much though that it was that dude that roofied me. Fast forward I was having fun with friends late at the bar right next to my house and decided to drive home to my place that was super close to my house. When I got to my house the time was 3 AM and I had my normal routine of getting in cozy clothes and getting the food out of my fridge. At my house I have sliding glass doors close to my fridge. Three minutes after I got home Doing my normal routine I hear knocking behind me coming from the sliding glass door. So I turn around this stalker started screaming from the other side of the sliding glass door, “I just want to talk.” I scream, “get out of here i’m calling the police!” And the stalker runs away immediately after. I was horrified this stalker was so crazy that he was waiting late until 3 AM for me to get home to confront me at my sliding glass door. Meaning I didn’t even see him while I was walking into my house because he was hiding and lurking watching me. It all made sense to me after that confrontation that my neighbor seeing a dude pass by in a hoodie by my house everyday was my stalker. The next day he came to the bar to stalk me and I got the owners to kick him out of the place immediately. I was so sketched out and that house I was renting out was so sketchy that I started looking for a new place to live. Fast forward I got back in a relationship with my ex girlfriend and just to illustrate how sketched out I was that he would break into my house and do who knows what my girlfriend witnessed my pulling the dresser i front of my bedroom door every night. The first time she saw that she said “my poor baby you’re messed up in the head from that past experience.” No matter what I texted or called to leave me alone he would text me death threats and everything above the rainbow. The police currently wed investigating him hence why no police contacted him and they didn’t contact him about it until we get all the information because we didn’t want him to go crazy and try something violent. I eventually found out this guys full name and apparently he’s a serial rapist to both kids and grown men. Eventually I moved away and this sicko still tries to text me to this day and I of course ignore all of it. I finally feel safe but always look over my shoulder knowing I have a seriously sick stalker. Now I trust no new people and never will be trusting of anyone ever again. Some people are predators in sheep clothing. Hopefully our paths never cross again.

Story 5 is a perfect example of why I believe some famous people should have minimum interactions with people.

Ladies! Take that advice. Tape and record everything your stalker does. I had a stalker between the ages of 22 and 25. He was never caught! The only reason he stopped stalking me was because I started playing the game a way he didn't like. I started recording him and I let him know. I told him every time he said something fucked up that I had it on tape. He finally stopped after about 6 months of me being like yeah say some more let me get more evidence...
