Everybody loves a good old fashioned true scary story! I usually read true horror stories almost every day from true stalker stories, camping horror stories, home invasion horror stories, scary nightshift stories, scary workplace stories, and even the occasional true scary clown story if I'm feeling particularly spicy (mostly sourced by reddit or submitted by subscribers)!

That last story gave me Hoboken Hollow vibes. For those unaware, Hoboken Hollow is a very twisted and horrific movie and I honestly do not recommend it if you're squeamish or sensitive to certain topics.

If I found out my kid pulled that crap in the first story they would be grounded and without a phone until adulthood. Rollin up like Wyatt Earp and Doc Holliday, and they really thought the people would just throw the phone out the door. Dumba**es.

What's with all the 10s in that first story? It was 10pm, Jake's house was a 10 min walk, the phone had been used 10 min ago, and it was a 10 min drive lol just seemed funny to me 🤷🏽‍♀️ anyways, I'm glad they got out of that okay. Things definitely could've ended worse. Several years ago, that happened with some ppl who live across the street from me. This couple showed up to their house about a missing phone, and I guess the ppl at the house didn't appreciate that; guns ended up being drawn and police were called, and the street was blocked off for almost an hour while they tried sorting it out. No one got hurt, and I don't think those ppl got their phone back, but a couple ppl went to jail, I think. Or at least one of them did. Seems like such a stupid thing to go to jail for, or possibly get killed over. Not for the ppl looking for their phone, but the idiots who lived across from me. They're still living there today, except for the person that was involved in that. I'm assuming they're back in jail, as they were always getting into trouble. I guess if you're ever in that situation, it's better to contact police first, while the location is still turned on, then try going over there to retrieve it.
