How many of these have a transfer case? 4 wheel drive and all wheel drive are not equal. A true 4 wheel drive van is built by Sports mobile. I suspect these may only be all wheel, no transfer case. Am I right?
you have no idea what you are talking about in this video.... alone the slide out is a common sliding door! don’t copy videos and just make up some talk around them, until you want to produce complete comedies
Hymer Grand Canyon S, hands down. Built in the homeland of Mercedes Benz, by German hands, on real GERMAN MADE, Mercedes Spinter Vans which from their very assembly line, are equipped with the most powerful, and super clean, EURO 6, V6 engines, made anywhere in our planet, plus their standard, Mercedes Benz quality, fully automatic 4x4 transmissions, although manual transmissions, with pedals and gear shifters, are also made, for those who enjoy shifting gears at will. Then upon rolling out of the factory, Hymer endows the brand new Sprinters, with the most space efficient floorplan, for the best designed, most functional, comfortable and stylish camper van conversion in the world. All of which makes Hymer an indisputable, world class leader in the RV and Motorhome industry. German obsession with perfection, ultimately benefits us, the end consumers and potential owners of those amazing, superbly well crafted, all terrain land yachts. Everything else, is imitators and wannabes.
Mercedes have just replaced the V6 with a 4 cylinder twin turbo that is more powerful and more responsive, the four wheel drive is now full time not RWD that can be switched into 4WD, and the auto gearbox is now nine speed, with the first gear being a low ratio that replaces the low ratio switch on the old model. It's a lovely van to drive, and the auto gear selector stalk is far nicer then the traditional gear levers on rival vans. You also have the flappy paddle gear levers on the steering wheel, very convenient for hill climbing and engine braking.
@@Latingent50 I've driven the new 2.0 with the nine speed gearbox, though in the rear wheel drive version. But there are videos on YT of people testing the 4WD version, including this one at high altitude. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-C5MqBv3tN68.html
