Reminds me of one of those old cartoons where a robot character gets chopped in half and their legs start running like wild while their upper half tries to get the legs to come back.
The only way it would have been funnier is if John pulled the cannon out of his pocket at the last second. As if it doesn't weigh a ton and somehow takes up no space.
it's good in the context of high honour arthur going back for the money and taking micah's eye out. I did it in my last playthrough, call it an eye for an eye
Powerful enough to burn the landscape and self-destruct after used, but not powerful enough to turn a rat into a puddle gorier than the blunderbuss did.
What kind of man talks to the Pinkertons? No man. No man at all. A crippled little rata, what a reputation to leave behind. Is that how you want to be remembered?
Nah, Micah was still moving after having his head and upper body blown off. People call him a rat, but he's clearly part cockroach and starfish. And he's probably not even desd just playing possum.
Especially since it contrasts the Good Honor idea of John dying somewhere nice looking at the sunrise; Micah gets to see nothing and dies somewhere cold and turbulent
honestly, the axe to the face actually works pretty well, since his reaction is as if his neurons as misfiring while still trying process. very on point for a TBI.
Plain arrow is my favorite since Micah would literally have no chocie but die and be unable to do shoot John or Dutch. And he spends his last moments blind.
Honestly felt pretty realistic too. There are records of people with fatal head wounds similar to that just kinda walking around or still talking before they die. Even a headshot is not an immediate off switch unfortunately.
