I also want to make a suggestion: Buffelist.com. It is a listing platform for reaching high quality content on the internet by enabling people to access the content recommendations of others. You can also share your content suggestions by creating your list. It makes my life easier with its browser extension!
Depending which teacher you hand the project, the teacher will ask you: "tell me only the truth, did you use the most dangerous writing for this project?" LOL. I had a project on Criminal Justice project about Forensic Pathologist, and the teacher is a Police Officer teacher in the college, it was funny when each student turned in the project on different projects, the teacher asked each student if they copy or had assistance from web, and he says: "Don't lie at me". OMG. It was hillarious. But the teacher gave most As to the majority of the students.
All new to me. How could I not know these?! I loved how you presented this information; quickly and clearly described, no affiliated links, and great screen captures incorporated. Nice job! New subscriber earned!
Wow! Lots of great suggestions here to be sure. As a student, using the countdown timer to stay on track for upcoming assignments will be very helpful. So many of us are online students now, and that gives you great flexibility with your time as long as you stay disciplined in getting things done. It's good to know exactly how much time you have to complete your next project especially if you need to fit in a family emergency or some downtime. I also love using noise apps to block out noise while I study. Noise apps are also great to help calm my mind to relax and go to sleep. Anyone who has stayed up late to complete an assignment then tried to go to sleep while you are still so wired from writing knows exactly what I'm talking about. I've even used YT videos that play such things. The site suggested here is so simple and clean. I look forward to using it to study and to sleep. Thanks again!
I forgot to mention that I am a new sub! This was the first video I have seen from this channel. I have been focused on improving my productivity lately as a grad student, so I imagine I will find much more to help me with that in other videos. Some productivity/student study hack channels are not really useful, but this channel was useful immediately! 😀
Hi Scott, GREAT video as are ALL of your videos...it would be terrific if you could make a video regarding cloud print alternatives. I've got a couple of chromebooks that simply will not print despite my many efforts in trying alternative methods. I'm sure there are many others in my boat that would enjoy a video tutorial on this topic. Thank you in advance and wishing you a successful 2022 !
I would love to see a video on using the Elgato Stream Deck for productivity. I have two that I bought when I planned on streaming, then never ended up streaming so now I use it for general office work and love it, but know I'm not getting the most out of it.
The most dangerous writing app is my favorite. writing is one of my 80s activities ( based on 80/20 principle) and I always stuck when I start to write but with this app I have to think fast and put out everything out of my mind then later I can edit it without any stress.
tHanks. I use the time and date counting. People will ask me for a lease which is less than a year. They will pick random dates that fit their schedule. I take those dates and write the lease as 105 days or 170 days etc. Meanwhile, so not to lose time, I divide the rent I need for that period of time by the days and spell that out in the lease. I want to be an accommodating landlord - that site helps!
I used Remove Background for years, had no Idea that you can add a background. Good Stuff! Is their a program that will do the same if you are shooting a video?
I wish I found a plumbing site. I am so tired of landlord being slack and not fixing my problem in the sink. I get wastewater from neighbors in my sink from their washing machine, sink. And the smell nauseating: chemical soap smell, and other smell that I never smelled before and can't describe the smell, but very unpleasant/ horrible, it's sewer smell, it's something unique, but awful.
Guys did you know that the airconditioner sound blocks unpleasant sound from outside. The problem it affects your bill. I can't sleep if I don't use the airconditioner otherwise I will hear the freaking neighbors moving back and forth, left and right on their beds. Seriously. Besides cooling air, lower temperature makes me sleep better. I will explore these noises you suggested. I wonder if there is waterfall and I will test it.
If it's a central AC unit you should just be able to turn on the fan without the AC being on. Thus saving energy unless you really need to cool your room.
Why don't we have any good online HTML editior? I have a chromebook and would really love to have some site that can come close to free softwares available for the same purpose.
