Thanks for your effort. I need your help: I have some airtime credit on my mifi. How do I make phone calls with this credit without removing the SIM from the mifi device? Thanks

Hi Vivian, there are 2 ways I use to check, by using the mtn app or put your sim on a phone and check it using code

-I have an issue.. i subscribed for my m30s mifi.. but I used the hynetflex subscription.. what do you think I should do cuz I'm not seeing the subscription reflecting on my mtn app..

Pls I’ve been trying to use my other mtn sim that is not the sim that came with the mtn mifi but it doesn’t connect, does this mifi work with only the mtn sim it came with?

Hi Manuel, for me it is only the registered mifi sim that works for the Wi-Fi. Probably visit the mtn office near you
