other things I've recently found useful (bc my school started in may and im still tryna figure out what will work for me): • take *proper* breaks. it isn't a break if you are constantly thinking/worrying about the work you have to do. • do some kind of physical activity during your break. preferably stretches, try not to just sit in another location. • eat properly!! both physical and mental activity require energy, eat enough food, and healthy, nutritious food (including carbs, bonk) • do something fulfilling everyday. either it being spending 10 minutes to do a hobby, or a 2 minute walk outside. do something that keeps you happy. this might also help with keeping your motivation and studying consistent • dont be hard on yourself. take days off, dont berate yourself for it. other things that I do: • taking a few hours as a break after class hours • not studying at all some days because im tired of life (look away, bestie) sometimes, all the learning you can take that day stays within class hours, and that's okay. idk if this comment will help, but all the best 🥺🥰✨

I’m going back to school tomorrow and I just watched this video in my study break. I recently created the habit of doing one type of chores each day which really helps me staying productive. Usually it’s something like doing the dishes or folding laundry, but it always make me feel like I accomplished at least one thing today. Anyway, back to work!

I’m making notes of everything I need for uni. I start later this year, 27th is when my teaching starts but induction is 20-25th I’m making sure I have all the apps I need and making sure they are all ready for the I for form my classes, making sure I have all stationary and electronics I need and everything else. Thankfully , I bought a lot of stationary last year so I didn’t need to buy much, just highlighters, notebooks and pens
