I will agree with the Reddit one. I use it to promote primarily and its BRUTAL. Most of the communities are extremely picky and judgemental, and you’ll get downvoted to hell just for sharing your video. Meanwhile the entire sub is filled with hot garbage getting upvotes. Thanks for all this help though! Definitely going to try some of these out!

I promoted my videos in google ads and initially gained thousands of subscribers. However, about a month later, I started losing subscribers, and RU-vid penalized my channel. This led to a significant drop in views as well. I think promoting my videos might not have been a good idea because the subscribers gained were likely not well-targeted or engaged. This experience has made me reconsider the effectiveness of paid promotions.

man i don't get what happened to my channel. I made two videos that went big (for my size) and it motivated me so i kept making good content or at least with effort only to see my views drop to the ground the more I posted. The first two videos got so big i got accepted into the partner program on yt but now I can't get any views on newer videos. Why? Why is RU-vid edging me
