We are back in Manila now arrived very early Sat morning. Spent just 3 nights in Moalboal and had hoped we had more time. We got quite a work out hiking up Dao, Cambais and of course Kawasan Falls. As breathtaking blue was the latter, I’d say Dao Falls is my favorite, then Cambais Falls. Kawasan was just too touristy for our taste and it was the last one we did; it’s off season too, but still too crowded for us. Nevertheless glad we were able to see it. We did the sardine run and saw some turtles in Panagsama beach. The tour guides and private driver were all worth it, all locals of course and they were very nice a expected and were a lot of fun! Keep up the great work, and yes all are very helpful tips. We are already talking about our next trip to the islands. Maybe in a year or two. Thank you👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

PS: we have consciously decided against the Oslob trip for the whale sharks although I did hear from locals that feeding are strictly open to public from 6-noon only, I think. I felt a little better about that, but we still decided against doing it 😊

I'm sure you'll have so much fun. From first hand experience, living with a Filipino family is the best way to learn a lot of their culture. The last two months of my life was indeed a life changing experience.

Oh ok got it. When you book you accomodation. Do you spend the night at different places? Like for example, moalboal is far from oslob. So do you get accomodation near moalboal then change accomodation near oslob? Thats just some of my concerns before going to cebu because it will be out first time

@@iancorpuz7362 you dont need to book that early, but maybe like a couple months if you really wanna be safe. Yes for sure change accommodation! Things can be further away than it looks on maps

@@WeWander I understand. But this is totally de-motivating businesses with creative ideas and new concepts. What all kind of videos show is a long time known and already expired, old-fashioned design of tourism. Millions of similar places like that are to find world-wide and the really new and thrilling ideas are ignored by so-called experts, bloggers, and vloggers. This is finally not very helpful for the industry. Maybe you will consider when you plan your next exploring trip. Thanks.

@@BayBeachResortBoljoon If you think there is a better way to do things than go out there and do it. If you want to see a change in the type of content created the best way is to lead by example, not by badgering vloggers over videos they made well over a year ago.

@@WeWander Why the hell is nobody in this country able to take critics? We are coming from foreign countries! dO you really think that people only knowing the Philippines know everything better than people experiencing what other competitors are doing? I am a Master of Tourism Management and came here to give new inputs for the prosperity of all-but the Philippines can not change and accept to do something new! We have plenty of better videos on our channel you just have to watch them! But locals block everything from outside and deny to learn from people with more experience. This country needs urgently foreign tourists to survive. What is the problem to bear with us and give them what they seek instead of teaching them to accept what you are willing to show? Look Thailand they beat us in all relating to nature spots! Work out what no other country has! This is the way and you have the community and equipment to do. This is the international process. We give input you make the communication! Stop being offended this is not bringing any advantage at all.
