@@amateur-madman3047 I do hate the term over designed since it gets thrown around so much, the meaning has changed to just be bad but a lot of these suits are rough
Still waiting for injustice 3. The injustice series was my first gateway to fightint games as well. I remember replaying the injustice 1 campaign constantly on my ps3. Great vid, deserves more attention.
Love the gear system, love the abilities, love how it looked. It didn’t need to be so full of background elements because it was clearly going to cost them more time to make the game run as smoothly as it did with how the graphics improved. The story is great but you need to remember this NRS they are the wrist at telling stories just look at MKX MK11 and MK1. They’ll never be able to tell a cohesive story. I think that most of the problems aren’t just grounded to INJ2 but to NRS and all their future games. To me MKX still plays the best
I like the sets within the gear system. Like the Nightwing set that turned Robin's moveset completely if I recall correctly. If the gear system had had more of that I feel like it would've been amazing. But at the same time you make a good point that it should have been unlocked through leveling. I just wish they would fix the servers lol
Cerulean cooper well some stages from gods among us returned like fortress of solitude and Atlantis but get revised but some stages like the phantom zone and alien zoo got cut
Honestly, I'm a fan of netherrealm's attempt at balancing their games and making them slower. It helps more casuals get into the online scene and is just overall less annoying. One of my major gripes with Netherrealm games post MK 11 is the lack of battle damage. It went from injuries like cuts and bruises in MK 10, to a tiny blink and you miss it amounts of dirt in Injustice 2, to red paint and maybe some bullet holes in MK 11. I would take lesser graphics to have some of that battle damage back. Though, the gear system in Injustice 2 makes me forgive it more for the lack of battle damage.
