I thought this dude is bout to teach me 7 years worth of coding in just 7 mins

This should have been titled "how I ended up making youtube videos"

“I was supposed to become a doctor.” As an Asian, I understand.

I expected the end to be something like “and that’s how I created TikTok”

I thought an Asian wizard was going to teach me how to code in 7 minss... I was not disappointed.

Him: Starts typing print("Hello World") Me: That's basic Him: Erases World writes "RU-vid" Me: His skills are beyond mine

So my understanding of this is he came up with a new startup idea, got bored, got a job, got bored of the job, played games for several hours a day, repeat x20

who else expected a short film with crazy animations

Not getting paid a penny for a game that you worked really hard on suckss

Title suggestion : "How i refrained from following through with great Ideas and instead played different Games online"

For the people that don't understand Cantonese. He said something like: He would speak random Cantonese. The chat would not understand, because of most of them would speak English.

I find it admirable that you’re able to move through life, working on your goals regardless of how fleeting they may be. Not many are able or have the ability to so that’s cool!

I love the fact that you don't show sweat and clear success story, but a constant rejection cycle. It shows how much work goes into getting into entrepreneurship. Much more true and inspiring, in my opinion.

So what I've learned in these past 7 mins is that you made project after project, start up after start up and nothing has changed.

There is one thing that I agreed on we have to stay on one single project and that one single project becomes most powerful project after 7 years

What a roller coaster! I'm impressed with your self-honesty, it's something I hope to get better at.

This is so inspiring. I'm about to start my senior year of high school and I don't plan on going to college after. I'm a pretty decent programmer, but I don't know how to turn that into a career. I need to figure out how to market my programming in the next year so I can survive when I have to leave my parents' house, but this video really gives me hope.

This guy had immense potential to be the next Zuckerberg or make something 'big' but he didn't stick to one thing and changed his mind after every project. He shouldn't have quit his app & game development journey. Lessons: Learn and master one skill before moving to other and put your heart and soul in it, Don't quit!

What impresses me most is that he actually finished his first program in the same summer he learned to code. Took me many months of coding before I could get my grubby perfectionist fingers off of one of my projects and actually finish it, let alone release it.

Very inspiring and I can relate! Didn't found a startup yet, but also jumped from idea to idea, project to project without really committing to anything and a lot of things went down the drain. Never give up, man! As long as you keep trying and are smart about it, success will come eventually.

I'm crying. I regret being a Computer Engineer (my mom chose it for me) because I feel stupid in a pool of great programmers. I feel like I'm never gonna succeed in this path. I want to do youtube and makeup. But I'm trying to stay on my path. i download unity a long time ago but I just don't have the brain nor motivation to do it. I thought I should just stream or sell pictures of my feet to earn. I only spend my time watching Minecraft videos and I hate myself for it. I'm lost. But I'm only lost because I'm afraid to fail. I'll have this vid saved until I make my own game Thanks. Thanks for motivating me. I am an iOS Developer & Software Engineer as well. What I love about this video is you showing the value of enjoying video games. They helped direct you in a sense. I also love seeing you go from side hustle to full-time job to side hustle back and forth. It's realistic.
