Investors and dealers are accumulating property at low rates

Last week main apny kaha ab property oper jay gi due to sood ki kami ki wajah- seb my disagree kiya- aj apny sahi bat ki- no future real estate next 5 years minimum.

Ji bilkul.I invested Euros jab one euro was equal to 100 rupiya.....Property price bhi down huee aur Euro ab 350 ka hei........Mera tou 90% chala gaya but gaya kahein nai...10% wasooli say behter hei mein saari investment ko freez hi kardoon.........Chalo Bachon kay kaam aayegi,Insha Allah.

I miss the post Pandemic Mortgage rates, those were good times ! The market correction has been massive and with the impending recession it seems like things are only going to get worse.

I believe you are now trying to divert your client to dubai,turkey ,Malaysia etc and so discouraging investors in pakistan but i think pakistan property market will improve inshAllah .Now is the time to buy not sell ,those who hold on to good investments will see good returns inshAllah.
