So moving to hear the children's delight. Steam is a work of art that should never have been completely removed - on the grounds of aesthetics. Yes modern trains travel a bit faster, but who really cares? Is that what life's all about? Train travel is now more of an endurance than a joy. If I was travelling London to Chertsey, give me steam anytime. If I was travelling London to - anywhere - give me steam!
