definitley a cool build and I can see theres a ton of attention to detail but for 600k.... I personally don't see 600k in value, but then again I prefer cars that are drivers and perfectly imperfect.
Love the camero👍👍 There is no way $600,000 is invested in building that car. Someone got ripped off. Facts!!!Still it's a beautiful car. Even Leo's Camero that has twin turbo 2015 Ferrari drivetrain has only $192,000 in it and it will outshow and out perform snow white.
I've seen pics of this car for years, I also saw it listed on BaT, where it didn't sell. That $600k number they like to toss around is impressive but I think this video laid bare some hard truths. It's a gorgeous car that's become an unsellable lump.
I like how you include the small issues that these builds have. I feel like most people cut those issues out of the video and act like there are no kinks to work out on a full build. Cool car!
This was a really fun video to watch. I saw this car at SEMA in 2017 as well, and have been seeing it on instagram since then. Thanks for shooting this car and going over all of the details! It is a tremendous amount of work to dial a car to this level, something that most people not working in this industry day in and day out will understand. Thanks for the killer video!
Cool car, don't care much for the color on the wheels and brakes. Sounds pretty awesome. Also don't care much for the exhaust out let's but out side of those few things, like Tony says it's ggggrrrrreat. Thanks for the video.
@@jeffkoch8612 60k in parts? Your way out of touch. 20k motor 8k box 10k wheels tyres 5k brakes 15k suspension 5k exhaust 8k wiring 10k plumbing Plus what ever else. Easy get into 150k plus in parts. Might not add up to 600k but it doesn’t take long to get way up in numbers.
Schickes weißes cooles Auto mit viel Power und schlichter eleganter Linienführung, eines zum Verlieben, besonders die grünen Bremsen haben es mir angetan, lieber Shawn ... !!!!!! 😮😮😮❤❤❤😊😊😊
Cool car great interior, great powertrain just way to many colours going on. The bronze wheels looks great on the white but they should have tried to tie that in with the side exhaust, vents, rear blackout on the trunk…. Amazing car I’m sure the new owner will love it
Sorry, I like this sound better than LS. For me, seems more of the throwback sound. Appreciate and respect you brother and defended you because of your accident transparency in my comment on a RU-vidr's sleezy auto channel. You're top notch, high road💯💪
This video disappoints. Nothing beats the sound from the street legal NASCAR Powered V8 Camaro with Straight Cut Gears featured on this channel. What that monster jawed kid did with that car was amazing. Still my dream car.
agree I went from a 2010 camaro v6 manual transmission to 2002 z28 anniversary an just driving it make me want to get on it all the time with my slp loudmouth exhaust. Ev's aren't my thing my neighbor had a tesla for a month before opting for a c7 corvette 👍
Shwan Love the content 1000th percent it takes one wild human in to having to to drive this camaro. Onestly it looks like a great time. Sounds likes ready to eat some cobras n barracudas Awesome thanks for sharing 👍 😀
the choice of a 6 speed manual on such 'sport' builds with these supercharged motors is for me a must and the only true way to go..i've driven the ZR1 Corvette with both the stock auto trans and the same car with a Tremec 6 speed and I felt that it was a completely different car.;going through those gears with this amount of power & torque on countryside roads in Montana was just an amazing driving experience...the way these engines respond to a manual trans through your hand with that shifter ..!!
It's hard to believe that is 600,000 and maybe more. I understand all the machine work that's involved . Plus all the fab. It's pretty much perfect. All the hrs do add up. The channel is still killing it.
Say loud and proud my dude! I don't care if electric motors pull harder and accelerate quicker I think they're limited on the top end? Nonetheless the sounds, sensations and overall experience of a powerful motor can't be matched.
LT4 is basically a race engine for the street. Most high end builders go that way because it's the biggest bang for the buck. In a Gen 1 Camaro you're 4.5 pds/hp - SuperCar territory.
That’s a stunning car. Not the color I’d have chosen on the brake calipers though 😳 What do you think it will sell for? One would think that after a couple owners and it being 4 years old that it would already be sorted out.
@@kwekumensah5642 pretty much anything over 100k is going to be built by/for the owner to make it exactly how they want. Hard to sell something for double of other ones like this
Wow... kinda blown away... I've got the same suspension and forgeline wheels, but with triple adjustable shocks all the way around, and with a 500hp LS3... and I spent, grand total ~$70k including the car. Granted, my car is definitely a 20 footer, but it works, fully sorted... and who wants to take their $50k paintjob to track days, driving a couple feet off the back of another car kicking up pebbles at 150mph at the end of the straight? $600k is insane... That dealership either got robbed, or they're trying to pull a fast one on an unwitting buyer... I trust car dealerships implicitly, don't you?? ;)
That's how a Camaro should look. The wheel design, wheel color choice and finish, the stance, all perfect. I like the chrome bumpers. The only thing that was a bit sore to my eyes were the side exhaust. I'd have gone a different route but the car is stunning anyway. The owner can say whatever he wants in regards to the amount of cash he spent on this thing. That doesn't mean it is true or it's worth that much.
Lovely built! I would do some minor details differently, but that is down to personal taste. The engine seems to need a fine tune to sort that launch problem, but that’s all! I really don’t know even how to operate the audio of my sport cars. Their engine/exhaust sound is what I want to hear! About the 600k cost, I really don’t doubt it, because besides the parts price, there is the labor costs and those can vary widely. But by now Shawn, it would be great if you could do a video comparing the build costs with the price of the car when it is sold for the first time, like that one! The objective is to compare the built price with the real market price. Is it possible? Thanks, dude!!
