Yes they are sisters. Irish the one with the longer hair is a twin. Her twin passed away in 2008 she was 27 years old. She passed away from kidney failure while she was also battling cancer.

He's alright, and I know Musiq is a Philadelphia native but Philadelphia hasn't put out any big hitters in awhile, and Jill Scott is much older now. Teddy Pendergrass is dead and gone due to his addictions, sadly. Phillis Hyman was another Philly native, she's deceased as well but was so beautiful.
@@tincredible they were identical according to their family. Not all identical twins look alike and not all fraternal twins look different. Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen are fraternal twins and they look exactly alike.

However, you could be telling the truth, but I've mostly heard them being referred to as fraternal twins. And I can believe it because they look like regular sisters. I'm aware that identical twins can differ in appearance. Tia and Tamera are a perfect example of that, but even still, the Mowrys look enough alike that I can believe they are monozygotic/identical. However, I've always had my reservations about the Olsen's claim of being fraternal for a very specific reason. Identical twins sometimes share an amniotic sac and/or placenta during gestation, and fraternal twins don't share a sac or placenta. However, there are also MANY instances in which identical twins don't share a placenta or amniotic sac. When the Olsens were born in the 1980s, a lot of doctors falsely assumed that any twins that had different sacs and different placentas were fraternal, so a lot of twins who were misidentified as fraternal back then are indeed identical. A lot of twins born in that time period and earlier have since gotten zygosity or DNA tests that proved them to be identical twins (i.e sharing nearly 100 percent of their DNA). I strongly suspect that this the same would be the case with the Olsens.
Yes the two ladies are sisters - Irish and Misha Lead singer is Meelah. Originally Misha was the lead singer when they were a 4some, but Bivins refigured the group. It caused a ton of friction too. But it was the right call
