You are using wrong pots viz. Plastic/ earthen pot. For coco peat the best pot is grow bags which can breath. The problems you have told won't be there if one uses grow bags.

Coco peat is only medium it doesn't contain any nutrition For germination cocopeat is very good but we can replace it with soil

Cocopeat mein parlite use karte hain. Ager parlite na ho toh keya use karna chahiye.
