Lol your name is etched into my brain forever. No matter where I spawned I was just conveniently in your path😂 it’s all good though, like I said you’re a damn good pilot bro I can’t even hate
Incredible! For the game with the worst air-control experience I ever meet, its impressive. Really, my head was spinning after 2-3 min Ive tried fly on plane there, but in IL-2 (back in days), War Thunder planes Iam totally fine.
It’s not that bad if you come from BF3-BF4. The jets maneuver a lot faster than previous, so adjust your sensitivity and you’ll be smoking maps. I just wish they had bombs on this game for the jets like BF4.
I like how the enemies wait so they only lock on to him after he gets his flares back while 40 different enemies lock onto me at the same fucking time bombarding me with rockets
They don't wait to lock on to me after i get my flares back. When i don't have flares i fly behind cover or out of range. You pretty much never want to expose yourself to lock ons when you're out of flares. That's absolutely essential and the first thing you have to learn when flying.
Also, when evading stay low like he did, stay low and fly through some cover to either get the lock off of you, or evade incoming missles. Had to learn this one 1000% damage servers where mini guns were one shot and everyone sees the jets as an easy target 😂
I think you could have win the game is you focus more on helicopteres: a lot of ennemies spawn there and so they capture the flags more easily. Very impressive anyway! Thumbs up
Thank you. I don't go out of my way to focus on helis. When i see one that seems like an easy enough target, i go for it. It can be a waste of time to go after a heli that knows what they're doing. And generally don't go after nightbirds. Only go after them if you see that they aren't good pilots. They're very hard to hit because they're so small and very maneuverable. A jet doesn't stand a chance against a good nightbird pilot, they'll just shred you in an instant. The AC and stealth chopper can also be very deadly but it takes a pro pilot in them to be a threat for jets.
If only battle bit helis were like these lol. I can either get one shot sniped from the cockpit, or one hit killed by anything touching my tail rotor...
@@Naizark98 i can second this, ive gotten pretty good with the little bird just got it tier 1, only been playing 2042 for a couple months and decided to pick up vehicles. if a jet gets too close, i SHRED them and they can never hit me. ive been learning jets too and i also rarely go for nightbirds unless its an easy kill. i mostly go for ground vehicles/transport
Strafing infantry like this reminds me of my old BF3 days. My dogtag had like 40,000 kills in the jets and I’d piss off so many people to the point they’d camp me with Iglas and RPGs. Every once in a while they’d get me with their RPG as I’m strafing low.
Wow by far coolest moment that should be in a trailer for the game was at 15:35 when he's sweeping over the skyscraper again. Zooms in, gets a few picks on the left; that close chopper crash lands, and a teammate pops out, runs and slides, and domes 2 enemies on the right. Then the apache chopper on the right from the beginning shoots some rockets to finish off the left. Damn that was cool to see play out in real time.
Air vehicles are OP especially add in the unlimited ammo and chaff makes them borderline toxic at times. They should a set amount, this way players will have to either A) Have to land to restock or B) really have to fly defensively to avoid being shot down, or add better anti air defenses, like the anti air turrets from the pervious Battlefields. I'm sure the other team was raging at this one lol
how do you even manage to pilot a jet that good in bf , if i don't crash myself in first two minutes i'll get destroyed by a rocket launcher shortly after
Honestly curious why the jet doesn’t carry any bombs or at least 1-2 single use rockets. Guns seem a little underpowered vs ground targets. I understand that’s not what it’s designed for though. Or at least a couple air to air missiles anyways. I really haven’t played this game so tell me if I’m wrong and this guy just doesn’t use them lol. Thanks gang
if you played the original bf2 2005, all jets had unguided bombs, and infinite gun ammo that would kill in 1 hit, and you could reload all of your bombs by simply flying over your air strip. This resulted in every match dominated by 2 guys annihilating the enemy's base while the rest of the team just captured every flag on the map. Some maps had stinger missiles around the base, but any good pilot would know how to maneuver to avoid their lock.
well they changed it after B2. i never feld bombs were overpowerd in B2, u had to aim extremly good if u wanted to destroy a tank or something else. only the 5pack bomb of the su the 2seater jet were kinda OP. 2 good pilots could win the game actually almost solo. and there maps where u also could easly hijack the enemy planes, fly them urself or outtime them somewhere, like in base or under the carrier. when that happend mostly ppl in the enemy team left one by one. autobalancing was a problem too there.
If this was me the other team would have an AA just chilling in the centre of the map completed unimpeded because my team is allergic to thier keyboards and so many players running stingers you'd think they wanted to shoot the sun out of the sky
I remember playing BF3/BF4 when having good pilots in the team really could change the whole outcome of the game with their impact on it. I also have more time in the air than on the ground in these games but my prioritised aircrafts were the AH6J and the Z-11W mostly on Noshar Canals or Siege of Shangai depending on the game. Or a good duo in the AH-1Z or the MI-28 could literally decide the whole game. Sadly in BF2042 my hopes for CAS/Air combat got totally crushed but seeing videos like these really show me why I started to fall in love with the Battlefield games. Dude, I have hella respect for you, I know how hard these stupid Jets were to fly in BF3/BF4 but in BF2042 it takes it to a whole other level. Much much respect, awesome flight performance.
The dude is practicing shooting at the infantry while helicopters and vehicles nightmare the ground and take away points. I would not want such a teammate
Hey, do you have Aircraft Control Sensitivity on 100? I use 1600 dpi and 8 in game sensitivity. I also use a vastly different control scheme which i wouldn't recommend for most people lol. For ex. i roll with A and D. Hope that helps :) Thanks for watching!
@@vaeltolf mouse for the more precise movements, such as aiming the guns and stuff while the keyboard can be used for the harsher ones. i learned on Arma 3 and bf4 and its honestly way easier IMO. Callmetomeh has some great keybinds for helis n stuff which I learned on but mostly on Arma 3 which you could obviously copy and tweak as needed.
good fly and aim, but to be honest, that was a easy round. i played a lot battlefield 2 on dragon valley, wake island and kubra damm, made it to top 50 pilots in world that time. going rounds 1xx kills to 0-1-2-3 death were possible. but it also depends on the enemy team, if they had one good pilot on their team, u are mostly in dogfights far away from the actual battlefield.
Hello mate, great work indeed. I've trying to play jets in 2042 but have no gool luck. I am "not bad" playing with helis, but jet is a bit different in this game, in my opinion. I've been playing this game since BF1942 (yeah I am OLD), and playing with planes as "not bad", but this game hits different... What is your controller setup, can you elaborate? Do you have any tips for controllers for piloting a jet?
Looking ghat, What is the good back pushing why not shooting just shoving to action What is the good backside to shooting clearing why pushing i’m not interesting for this bakside, waiting, not shooting it, just looking for action ghat 😂😂😂💩💩👎🏻👎🏻 call of duty better good game, battlefield 4 but not interesting Butterfield, 2042👎🏻💩💩?
After playing war thunder, flying in battlefield 2042 seems like playing with a children's Lego toy. There is no realism when the jet flies at a speed of 300 mph, it’s just stupid in 2023.😁
The fact your team lost with this much air superiority is beyond me. Granted, you probably could have taken out more of the enemy heli's instead of infantry... but that's the only critique i have. everything else was flawless.
If someone is playing like this in btf I’m leaving I can still fucking remember a guy back in the days in battlefield 4 a guy in a heli killed me fucking 27 times and at the end of the match he had like 150ish kills that was the most fucking annoying thing to see mastering flying skills in btf is very good
Pretty lucky, if one of the opposing team had started chasing you, the situation would have turned out differently, the antiair doesn't even try to shoot at you, the idiots on the roof are shot 1000 times by you and no one shoots back, skill, yes, but more luck
I dont know what it is with 42 and jets. It feel they are too fast or the maps are too small? but on foot they are massive. BF3/4 felt amazing and well scaled in jets.
@@Naizark98 I just find it harder as your more or less limited to the middle of the map and top of buildings as everything else you run a very high risk of crashing into a building.
@@De_Pachylol Flying around the buildings definitely takes some getting used to. The buildings can also be very helpful for cover to avoid missiles when you don't have flares. They're also useful in dogfights :) But the main farming spots on Kaleidoscope are the top of the buildings, so the US/RU spawns in the base, A2 and F2. If you're lucky the enemy has A2 and F2 then you can do some nice loops between those flags and their base. If there are no enemies there i check B1/B2 and E1/E2. I rarely pay attention to the other flags.
