Thankyou so much for such a lovely chatty video like many people at the moment feeling very isolated and watching you has been a breath of fresh air and made a break of happiness and normality for an hour or so As for the hat l think the two bobbles look lovely and cheery the other single one from a distance looks like your hair is sticking out of the top .Anyway whichever way you decide it is a beautiful hat . I love the idea of giving yourself a pair of festive socks at the start of the Christmas season and don't think it is weird that you want to knit things for next Christmas. I love the idea of a worldwide virtual knitting retreat that is Nordic themed!

I vote one pom pom because you would likely wear it more if you feel more adult in it. But if two pom poms feels fun, then maybe you’d wear it more that way. So I’m no help. The Nordic Retreat sounds fun. I appreciate the opportunity to attend events remotely. 💗

That is so incredibly generous! And I'm glad that the Nordic Retreat will be open to everyone because it's online, that is one good thing that came out of covid, it's been wonderful to see all these lovely events online for more people to join, even if I haven't had the chance to attend any myself. Also, I absolutely love that hat with the green! It's such a nice contrast to the oranges and yellows

Sending a cheerful hello from Yorkshire Tea Land! Fab episode, loving all the yarny chat and crafting candy as always. As for the sock saga, just divide your excess stitches that don’t fit in your pattern repeat by two, and knit them as normal stitches at the beginning and end of the row, but put stitch markers after the first extra stitches and before the last extra stitches so you know when to start and end your pattern repeat section. Those socks do look rather lush by the way! Stay safe and keep sharing your joy 🧶🧵❄️

I would make a scarf and fingerless mitts if you have enough Wasabi. The dark pompom accents the hat better I think, and is definitely sophisticated. The lobster is amazing, what lovely thoughtful gifts. BTW Don’t stop singing and don’t stop waffling!! Enjoy you just the way you are!! Take care! 🧶💕🧶

You are doing a fantastic job with the two colour hat. Gauge looks perfect and your floats are not too tight or too loose. For your sock - you have 2 extra stitches on either side of the pattern. What you need to do is make sure that the pattern lines up with the pattern on the leg. Put markers in on either side of the pattern section and keep the "extras" outside that section. The designer has assumed that you can adjust and likely should have made adjustments for the different sizes.

So go for the cuteness! Who needs sophistication anyway? I'm too old to care! Love you all from Virginia USA. For the socks, don't have a clue. But I would graph it out on my own paper, and see what works. I'd try to knit 2, do the 3 repeats of the pat, then knit 2 again. I ain't no sock knitter, baby girl, so I could be wrong! But that's what popped into my head, for what it's worth! And, oh yeah, feel free to sing anytime! You couldn't possibly be worse than me, even if you tried really hard.

I most often watch your podcast on my large screen TV...so picked up my iPad today to let you know that I always enjoy your podcast❣️😊❤️ The dark PomPom has my vote...gorgeous with your dark hair! I knit my first hat this year and really debated about putting a PomPom on it..I questioned if an 80 year old great grandma would look silly!? The Nordic Retreat sounds wonderful and just what I need right now. I love all things Scandi!!! I have knitted two of the Hat Full of Minis, one for me and one for our dear friend Avocado Fairy. I don't have a pom pom and on Nancy's I did a little I cord and tied it in a knot. I definitely think the darker pom pom as it does suit your colouring and I think two pom poms are better on a square topped hat. Stay safe you lovely people, hope your Mum gets her jab very soon x

I thi k that your skein of loveliness would look great as either a single skein shawl like the hitchhiker or a pair of Mitts. Nordic retreat sounds fantastic and I really hope that you and whomever wins really enjoys it. I have a suggestion for the wildflower and honeycomb socks. Divide the extra 4 stitches and put them on each edge of the pattern repeat as stockinette stitches. That should work out well visually. Hope this helps.
