ryan miles Christian Kirk had a very solid rookie year and he had David Johnson and Kenyan drake. Don’t get me wrong he had a very good season for a rookie qb but it was still very flawed as almost all rookie QBs seasons are

lol even if Jacobs was twice as good as McCaffrey it wouldn’t mean you have won the trade, a running Back does basically nothing for a teams winning chances. Look how the bears improved in the first year they got Mack (And that with Mitch Trubisky as their QB) and look how the raiders stayed the same mediocre team.

Jacobs is an amazing runner, look at is astronomical break tackle percentages and TDs. Surprised the raiders run game, with a fantastic offensive line and jacobs, still was in the low 20s in efficiency. Carr still played like a top ten QB and will never get his due respect

I mean, he wasn't even utilized properly in Alabama. If anything, he's waaaay overperformed in the NFL compared to what he did in bama. If they'd used him properly in college, we'd have already known what he's capable of and he'd have been a top 10 pick. As a Raiders fan though, I'm glad we got him at 24.

He doesn't have the breakaway speed but his vision is amazing and his cuts are super crisp. he knows how to set up his blocks, that's what makes a bad block from a lineman to a great block. All the top backs in the history of the NFL were great at that.

Some analysts criticized him for not getting many carries at Bama but i think that'll pay divideds in the long term cause he'll be more fresh and not nearly as beat up in the future
