In so called developed country there is atleast 40 woman raped everyday without there consent they must speak up rapers should be ashamed not a victims
Imagine the stereotypes of India if this case happened in India. Per capita R___ rates in India is much lower than USA, Belgium, South Africa and many countries that you believe are much safer than India. But only India is stereotyped as usual.
That poor woman, this is a gut wrenching situation. how can a husband do this to his trusting wife? Im so glad birth rates are low some of yall do not need to be replicated.
If father can SA their own children,a brother can sell n*des of their own sister then a husband can definitely do this . The men they expect to protect them are the ones violating them. And sadly most men nowadays are even spreading hate against women so much,it's better not to have kids anymore, this world is doomed especially for a women.
lol why you start comparing? Do you even know how many rapes happen in India everyday ? Shame on you. Go and watch BBC also shared this, but no you will still compare.
@@PacificDeepthanks for bringing it up. Everything is always about them. In fact of recent, it has actually been the other way around, had this been in India, Palki would have not talked about it as much.
Rape is tool to assert dominance in most sadistic way and in rape culture , that dominance is celebrated , ignored , normalised whereas victim is left with whole question s, prying eyes , suspcions
🇮🇳 What ever outcomes would be, I appreciate her courage and willingness to fight against those predators including her husband, I hope she would get justice at any cost.

that is beyond horrible, i cannot believe such henious thing could happen and what man on this earth (and that too her husband) can do that, i feel sooo very pained and in tears to hear this.ma god give this lady strength.. but i have a few more points, i can't help but think if it happened in India, the whole media all over the world would have on this case 24X7 and maligning India's image even more.. but for this case, i havent seen that much outrage from western media.. also, i firmly believe people in India should have a solidarity march for this lady to show her our support, as i see such solidarity marches are conducted in white countries when anything bad happens in India..
Do you think if it happened to a woman in India, she would publicly give her identity? Do you think this is not happening in India? Have you not seen enough rapes in India and how they assaulted?
I am glad she decided to speak up. I hope predators get punished. I think there should be more research into this. It may be part of thought disorder/ medical disorder, if we can catch signs and symptoms early, and if that person seeks treatment in time, may be we can prevent this type of horrible thing. It is not a problem of 1 nation, it is everywhere. Good luck to her.
Salute Mrs. Pelicot!! Salute!!!!! Yes, it is not for the victims of rape or any abuse really to feel shame. It is for the abuser to feel shame. Salute!!
Take your sanctamonious double standards somehwere else. All the stats including the womens commission of india show that all crime is going down in india heinous cases do happen but they are not the norm however people like you are why 55% of all rape cases in india are fake source delhi commission for women.
I’m gonna stop Palki’s feminist rant just there… women can rape too & have done in horrible cases so let’s not make it a gender issue! Let us condemn such heinous crimes! What was done to her is deeply disturbing & horrible! She’s brave to fight this publicly & must get justice! I stand by her not because she’s a woman but a strong & powerful person! I pray she gets the closure!
this opinion of yours is so problematic… rape is a gender crime. It is crime against female gender, specifically done to assert male dominance. This has been happening for centuries against women and now when this disease is acknowledged, we cannot deny the existence of the disease itself and shed the accountability from the male gender altogether.
@@Harveersandhu-y7k get you basics sorted out! Just women don't get raped, men get raped too! And if you're denying or ignoring this fact you're a complete idiot! children boys as well as girls have been raped & hell even cases of animals getting raped exist! But how'd you know about it when you've practically shoved your head into the ground! By keeping it just to men you're basically neglecting larger problem & enabling rapes against other!
There is no need to drag religions in such cases. Women were and are suppressed in every society, every religion, every country. Accept it and stop dragging religions in every social issue.
@@shubhratrii false in dharmic religions hindu, buddh, jain the women were treated fairly for ex only in rigveda will you find teachings of women rishis like mata gargi whereas no other religions scriptures have any female religious heads. ALL RELIGIONS ARE NOT THE SAME.
