You should sanded those lights with either 800 or a 1000 and then spray them with clear coat.I guess far as your seat belts went.You should use the fiberglass.If you fiberglass then they'll get harder and more sturdy

After stripping the tint you can use that steel wool on the windows also you would need #0000 steel wool YOU GOT THAT DONK LOOKING GOOD KEEP INSPIRING ME TO GET A OLD SCHOOL
The tail lights you can sand them with different grits 400 then 800 then 1000 clean them good then spray a high gloss clear coat and they will pop like new money
For your tail lights use the VHT NightShades it’s red not black then use a clear coat with a hardener and and it’ll bring the tail lights back you local paint can put the clear in a aerosol can for you
