Mig is the prettiest girl at the dance !😊. What do you think of the aft cabin? Do you ever wish you had the aft cockpit and different cabin layout?

Thanks! She’s blushing now! We LOVE the aft cabin. Honestly it is wonderful to be able to have privacy for two people on such a little boat. I would never trade it for the aft cockpit version.

I’ve been away from the islands so long I’m not sure I could confidently point you any safe anchorage.. ne is a bit of a tough angle and winds can shift in very short order.. I’m glad you’re not single handed as it adds to the risk level in that area.. probably made the right call heading for Sb of Vta :)

Nope. We’re going home to our families for Christmas then sailing to Hawaii in January with my daughter joining us.

So was that aerial view at the end from your drone? More of those shots would be great.

That was our new friends on S/V Ramble On! I do have a drone. I’m just not very good with it yet. I’m kind of afraid of losing it in the water still.

We saw Mig when we were visiting our PSC34 in Blaine a couple of slips away. I guess you guys were just about to launch at the time. I would have come over and chatted as we also put a inboard electric motor in place of our diesel. I have been toying with the idea of greatly expanding our battery bank (currently 48V @ 375AH of AGM) into Li-time LFP, something around 48V @ 600AH, or just figuring out a way to add back a small diesel generator or go with a Honda like you have. Has the Honda been super annoying or are you getting used to it? I have in mind a trip up the inside passage and am concerned with the amount of motoring that may be required. Happy sailing!

Ha ha ha funny you ask that. Just watch the video I just released last Friday the very beginning is all about answering that particular question lol. Actually, I haven’t given up on it yet. We’ll see when we get to Hawaii. We are leaving from Ventura heading to Hawaii on Thursday this week. Thanks for watching!
