Today did some digging, rock spreading, and logging, used all three tractors in this video. The RK 24, RK 37 With Granite Grapple, and The RK 55 with land Plane. Fixed up in front of the woodshed. Graded my buddies driveway, and got some more Red Pine Logs out of the woods.

Can't believe how far ahead of us in Wisconsin you are in your weather. The weight limits on the roads are still in effect here. It has been a crazy winter here. Much rain and flooding alerts here as well. Farmers are dumping milk, pleading with the government to come to their aid. The corona virus is affecting every sector of the economy, The Governor has put in place the stay home policy until April 24th and go from there.

@@4wheelliving132 Farmers had a bad year last year, now they're dumping milk due to overproduction, with school districts closed, kids aren't drinking the milk in """America's Dairyland". The middle people, Cheese processors are laying people off ,and it's down hill from here. Governor Evers has a stay at home policy enforced until April 24th, who knows what will happen going forward from there. I talk to farmers where I live and they know that there has been a milk glut for some time. They now want the government to buy their products and create powdered milk and cheese .Wisconsin has factory farms that milk in excess of 5000 cows a day that's a whole bunch of milk a day. Last I heard farmers are getting $13.00 dollars per hundred weight, that doesn't cover operating costs. The pandemic will be the excuse for everything down the road for years, I believe. My point is that we knew we had a over production of milk before the pandemic and didn't address the issue.

Sherman was getting a bit of a workout removing the grass in front of the woodshed. The Renewable Energy Processing Center is really taking shape now. Won't be long before the sawmill shed build starts.

Nothing like going and cutting a tree down, grabbing the cut logs, cutting the logs on your Wood-Mizer and nailing/screwing wood to Wood Shed. 👍

It’s too bad the post hole augers are such a pain to take on and off. I think the land plane would be nice to have on that tractor now that the weather is warming up. Do you think the RK37 could do any winching? It is so nice that you still have all the tractors to share the different jobs. Great video again.

morning Mike....whens the tractor/implement shed going up. From actual experience don't build one just big enough as they some how shrink in size from time. Good looking grand son. They grow up fast so enjoy them .

Good job working without the winch makes u appreciate how much easier it makes the job. I use 100' cable couple of chains and a snatch block. Longest tree I pulled out was 53 foot pin oak 24 inch at the stump with my ole dodge 1500 made a lot of firewood

Are these RK tractors gear driven or hydrostatic? I'm thinking hydrostatic....if so, what is the limitation on the amount of grade you can operate?

Have you ever considered advertising in a Boat building magazine. You may not be near the coast or large lake but there could be somebody within a reasonable distance from you that could use some of your wood. Like your white oak red Oak crotch pieces or your long Street red Pine for a mast sailing mast. Just an idea.

On the plane you might want to consider employing some water tanks on top of the plane where you could have some additional weight. I did that to mine and it help out a lot of driveways
