🔒 75 HARD CHALLENGE - A Day in my Life
Lately I have been lacking structure and struggling to stay Disciplined on certain goals I've set for myself.
There times in your life where you snap and have had enough, It’s now time for me to claim back full control of the mind and lock in for the Next 75 Days.
If you to want to follow along yourself, Here are THE 5 RULES:
Follow a Healthy Diet (No Alcohol, No Cheat Meals)
2x Workouts (1 Indoors, 1 Outdoors)
Read 10 pages of a Personal Development Book (No Audio Books)
Drink a Gallon of Water (3.8ltrs)
Take a Progress Picture (You don’t need to share them)
These 5 Rules must be carried out daily.

I must upload Everyday Vlogs for the 75 days.
