Hi there! 59 year old menopausal woman here! I've had hypothyrodism since my 20's, and could have easily used that as an excuse for being overweight, but I can tell you never surrender when it comes to your body! I'm still in the great shape - look like I did in my 30's! Daily exercise with no excuses and eating everything in moderation is the long term answer
I'm doing 75 Soft :) I think it's day 8 for me. My goals are a bit simple, but my main issue has always been consistency so this was right up my alley. :) Definitely going to check out the recipes!! :)
What is the name of your workout? Is it from a book? I was so fit at 40. So 40 is not old. You are still very young. You’re in good shape compared to most women your age.
