Just finished watching Prizren. I can see why you love Albania and Kosovo so much. Two very beautiful places to visit. Love the waterfalls. They are mesmerizing. It's amazing how all that water from the waterfalls are so close. The food also look delicious. I will, however pass on all the alcohol and beer. I really don't have much more to say except that I had not seen these videos before and this was a pleasant surprise. Now I have one more documentary to catch up on. So caio. 🇹🇹🇨🇦

Anyway, I will have to finish watching it later. I watched Kosovo before so it would be interesting to see how you put this doc. together. Later gator. Good luck to the Heat tomorrow night.❤️🇹🇹🇨🇦

@@elizabeth16598ee hi Elizabeth. You are too funny. Sorry to hear that you aren't doing well. What else can I say but to leave it all in God's hands. A nun told me that we are feeling all the pain that Jesus felt on the cross when he was crucified. I never thought of that. Keep the faith, be strong and take good care of yourself. Praying for you as always. Much love🙏😇💞🇹🇹🇨🇦
@@JudyT868 thanks Judy. Yes I believe we suffer because we believe in him and just how our lives go. Says in bible we are punished for believing him. I believe so im punished . But when said and done I will be ok. Some things I have to just leave in Gods Hands and he will show the way. Much love to you Im a soldier and still in battle lol. Prayers for you to Judy :) and hope you have great night Tc ♥♥♥
Ajvar is Roasted Red peppers and egg plant. Ajvar was created in Belgrade in the 19th century. Albanians eat it because they lived on Serbian territory in Ex-Yugo.
You had to have had major mucus problems while you were there eating all that dairy (not to mention constipation). I would have. Cheese is the hardest for our GI tracts to handle and to protect it our bodies surround what it can't break down with walls of mucus to protect the rest of the body. Cheese, bread and meat together is even harder! The Balkans must have GI issues and problems that stem from that ie heart disease and diabetes - maybe even worse than Americans.
@@elizabethtd1006 Sorry to say but the people who are living to 150 years old eat very little in the way of animal products and they eat very little fat- (not much more than ten percent of their total calories), protein- (only around 6-8 percent of their total calories) or cooked food. Rather they eat mostly raw fruit and raw vegetables. If they cook anything it is boiled or steamed in water. They NEVER experience Chronic or Degenerative conditions like Cancer, Diabetes, Heart Disease etc. John Robbins talks about them in his book HEALTHY AT 100.
