Several of you requested a long version of this group meditation. Here it is, looped 4 times! We tried to make the loop transitions as unobtrusive as possible. Please let us know what you think, or if you have any other requests or ideas for meditation videos.
If you are new to this video, it is a recording of Ram Dass leading a large group of young people singing Shree Ram Jay Ram, the famous Mantra from India. It has a very friendly sound, you can really feel the warmth and sincerity of the group. The tune itself is very catchy. It's is easy to internalize and use on your own during silent meditation.
