A year ago I suddenly developed arrythmias low pulse of 35/minute Ventricular ectopics I have always had blood pressure on meds Gout This time thr doctor also diagnosed me of Low kidney function type1 heart enlargement I did a lot of research I have always been on time restricted eating the last 6years I changed my diet to small amount of salmon or chicken 2x a week the rest plant Based diet lots of salad berries walnuts Brazil nuts Pumpkin seeds Psyllium husk in my oats 1x a week A year on my blood pressure meds are reduced Pulse is 60 to 80/min No arrythmias kidney function has improved no gout flare ups I stumbled on Dr Montgomery's channel 3weeks ago talking about same thing I did He is right about diet and healing

I have got a diagnosis I have H. pylori and I’ve already done a round of antibiotics. I don’t feel that it worked. I do feel like something is going on with my health. I don’t know where to start asking for help for my doctor because the medical organization that I go through in my opinion, gives you the ring around and it almost seems like they are not in the business of making you healthy. I don’t want to subject my body to a whole bunch of different treatments. That’s not going to actually help me and I need help and I don’t know where to start, I would love any feedback thank you
Hi just watched this amazing recovery story. Plse doctor I’m from a small island in the pacific called Samoa. My mom is 76 yrs old nd suffers from kidney failure and has heart issues. We were at hospital but doctors say they can do dialysis as a last resort but high risk of heart failure. What is your advice on what we can do for our mom to get her health back. She could barely walk , restless when in bed can’t get much food nd fluids in. Plse need your advice on what we can do from home to help her. Thank you

Question: did you restrict her legume intake with a GFR around 17? My father is in the same situation-diastolic HF with Stage 4 kidney failure-GFR is 22. He is already Plant-Based, but 89 years old. I've been limiting legumes to 1/2 cup a day based on info I heard from Dr. John McDougall
