Ingredients for Myanmar Sticky Rice Cake
400 g of Sticky Rice Powder ကောက်ညှင်းမှုန့်
100 g of Coconut Powder အုန်းသီးခြစ်
100 g of Sliced coconut အုန်းသီးချောင်း
400 ml of Coconut Milk အုန်းနို့ရည်
300 ml of water ရေ
125 ml of brown suger ( 6 tablespoons)သကြားအညိုရောင်
2 Tablespoons of normal Suger ရိုးရိုးသကြားဖြူ
2 Tablespoons of Dry Grapes စဗျစ်သီးခြောက်
4 tablespoons of cooking Oil စားဆီ
4 tablespoons of Gee Butter ဂီးထောပတ်
cashew nut သီဟိုစေ့ တို့လိုအပ်ပါတယ်။
