Welcome all! Today's video is a a triple layer bloom using Amsterdam Pearl paints on DecoArt Black Satin Enamel base. I loved the pearls on black wet, and then it dried even more beautifully! If nothing else, you can see that you don't have to use house paint for a bloom base! lol!
