How does this come up to $8m? There’s maybe 6000 sq ft. Being extremely generous, you’re telling me this comps out close to $1400 a square foot? This is a $2.5m house, plus the cost of staging. In the best neighborhood maybe $4m is a reasonable price. It’s not even an estate that could justify the price. You are literally asking someone to pay for overpriced decor. There’s nothing to the area that seems desirable, the neighbors houses are just over an arm’s length away. I find this price insulting and very out of touch for what’s available on the market. WHERE’S THE VALUE?!!

It's ridiculously overpriced even for Toronto craziness standards. I'm in the industry, this neighborhood is good but not even top 5 let alone 8 million. You can get this in Bridle Path for less than 7 million minus maybe slightly smaller lot.
