Hi Melissa, I am done one and I'm on my second reef I'm having to glue them over and over are you using low temperature hot glue gun or high temperature hot glue gun?
Hi, thanks for watching! I used a high temperature glue gun. Sometimes your climate, i.e., extremely cold, dry, extreme humidity, etc., can cause issues. You can use clear adhesive like E6000 or clear gorilla glue, and that will also work. I hope that helps!
Hi Melissa! Great video and really nice cork wreath. I do have a suggestion for your glue gun “webs” at the end of the project. Instead of manually trying to pull all of them out, run a hair dryer, on low, of course, over you project and they will melt away... happy crafting! 😍
Hi Yvette, Thank you for watching. I would guess 300 corks as I stated below. I used a medium wreath and a small one. It really depends on where you would like to place it and what would work best for your needs. You could cut the corks in half if you are running short. I hope this helps! Hi Melissa! Thank you for these videos! Can I use silicone instead of hot glue? I made a flat cork board using the stickiest silicone. awhile back and that held up very well.
If you use foam, the hot glue will melt it. If I had to guess, 300? Honestly, I really don't know. I had over a thousand when I started and had about 2/3 left.
