Just type “Etihad Vamsys” in Google, we will be happy to have you on board so you can fly exactly the same routes. I would post link, but it is not allowed.
I really enjoy your content. To me, your humility and enthusiasm shine through. Unlike other ‘miles’ focused accounts, where they focus on ‘humble bragging’ about their premium class passenger experiences, I enjoy your attention to why aviators love to fly.
Beautiful aircraft. I was flight crew with Pan Am and Delta for a total of 29yrs. When I started in 1977 I worked on the 747 which was an outstanding air plane. If I were starting a career today with aviation I definitely would want to work on a triple 7, what a beautiful plane. Thanks for sharing this great video!
Been flying the PMDG 777-300ER for MSFS 2020...About 30 to 40 hours so far...Love this aircraft and excellent Video depiction....Interesting to compare the actual plane to the simulation...Good Job...
Great video as always! On a different topic - I've been following the rebuilding of Nuuk airport in Greenland. Are you planning to cover the opening of the extended runway and new terminal and other facilities. Would be a natural for your style of reporting. Thanks!
Yes indeed! Just left Greenland departing from the new terminal on the inaugural to Iqaluit. Will be back in November when they fly the A330 into the new runway as well!
Pretty rough runway ! Sitting at the back of the aircraft, one does not appreciate how much work is involved in flying those beautiful machines. Great video as usual.
Suggest to point the camera at the instruments and displays when the captain is explaining in certain senarios. Overall a good and interesting video like the Finn Air one...👋
Looking forward to this flight and the 787 which will fly me from AUH to Indonesia to start my exchange year on the 11th of july! First widebody for me🥹
Hi Gabe, I had a good time riding w/ you and the pilots in the cockpit. Cool that Etihad permitted it. About "old school", one of the things I like about my 2017 Camry LE (lowest trim level) is the oversized knobs and buttons for climate control/radio/CD player, and that it does NOT have a complicated infotainment menu and stuff like Apple carplay, stuff that I think distracts the driver from the business of *driving*. Captain - The only thing that's a bit of a problem, the wings are a bit short for the size of the plane. Dare him to put that one over the public address :D
The B77W is an absolutely gorgeous beast of an airplane! Them GE90-115Bs pack a lot of punch, and she’s one aircraft that I’ll never have any qualms flying. Thank you for this video, mate. Also, cheers to the FR24 crew.
Nice flight review, the triple seven is a cool airplane, I had the opportunity to get into the cockpit previously. I knew the co-pilot is an Ethiopian when I saw him. He flew for Ethiopian Airlines, Air Peace and now Etihad.
The choice of music was spot on. the triple 7 cockpit is truly one of the most beautiful marvels on earth. I am forever wholesomely in love with the 777. most beautiful aircraft on earth. thank you for the spectacular video, very informative and intuitive (especially from the pilots). thanks for the video
FCO is one of my most visited airports so it’s just so wonderful watching this and knowing exactly where this 777 beauty is taxiing and taking off from! Almost as if I’m inside that cockpit myself!😍
Flew the Etihad 777-300ER from Sydney TO Abu Dhabi - Sat down the very back. Over night - you could hear the auto-throttle giving the engine more power when needed. When I got off the plane, my first thought - the GE90's are HUGE!
Started learning the pmdg boeing 777-300ER for my flightsimulator yesterday. Realy cool to see how it is done for real. Thank you so much for sharing this.
I worked at Etihad for 9 years and flew on this very plane many times (Tango Papa)……my favourite was our oldest trip7 Tango Alpha……when I left in 2017 our fleet was Alpha through to Sierra
