lets goo someone close to my build i have a 7800x3d with rtx 2080 similar results i cant justify buying a 3090 or 4080 for valorant bro i just used my gpu from my old pc and its preety good

Trust me stick with your current card bc I have a 4090 switched from a 2070 super and trust me this game did not benefit much from the gpu change at all. I have a 13700K on both builds. Cpu is the only thing that matters

@@thangdoan2173hey man I’d love your help you’d be perfect , so for a more demanding game with detail of textures like war zone , besides fps , when upgrading a gpu say from 3060 to 4090 what are the improvements? Like if you can run max 1080p besides one being 90 frames avg and one 200 what else is visually improved , is the colors and textures better as well?

@@ttt2690 I mean you can def run max settings on any gpu but the playable fps is what matters. Like you could always play 3060 at 1080p max setting and it would still look the same as a 4090 playing 1080 max settings. It’s just the playable fps that’s matter as you upgrade. Also the ability to play max setting at higher resolution is cool too. I would say if your current gpu is serving you well then keep using it only upgrade when you can’t play games you used to play comfortably at the setting you’re currently at.

im so surprised haha, your fps in so high, only get like 400 then drop to 200 and below when intense fight, my specs is RTX 3080, i5-13600k, 2 ddr4 8gb each 3200MHZ.

7800X3D is purely for gaming, hence the high FPS for cheaper option you can use 5800X3D

I wouldn’t recommend changing from the 13600K to the 5800X3D. The 7800X3D has a lot of L3 cache and is on ddr5 so it can give out a lot more fps. The game is very cpu bound on competitive settings.

I would first check your temperature of the cpu and gpu etc. 13600Kbon ddr4 is very capable

for this game there is no bottleneck at 1080 competitive settings. Only a cpu bottleneck if you want to be precise

When are people going to realize that this game is so cpu bound at these settings that the gpu hardly matters at all. 95% or more gpu usage means your fps is dictated by your gpu, anything less means it’s dictated by your cpu.
