Nice one! This might be a dumb question but why change the injectors for the 7AFE ones? From what i know the EP91 injec are 195cc and the 7AFE ones are 200cc, so i dont see the point of changing them 😅

@@starletnights1I know of a lad who has k swapped his starlet... Supercharged it... And done the whole forged internals on it, apparently 600bhp. Real death trap but mint 😂 I have yet to see it in person tho.
Did you bore out the stock 4efe inlet manifold opening? Afaik the 7afe tb is 50mm bore and the 4efe inlet is 46mm? Also what AFR's does it run in open loop with the larger injectors?
fun little mod, but do you expect any gain from it? wouldn't the AFR be off after this? not trying to nitpick, I'm just curious for my 4efe corolla. also, you should try to find a 4efe corolla for the squid intake manifold
If you watch the race at the 5.00 it makes a huge difference, yeah been wanting one of those squid intakes we never got them over here in aus pretty rare
I have a 4-efe Corolla, and I've bought the larger throttle body already. Do you think that if I'll install it without the upgraded injectors the AFR will be off?

Hi mate, does a gen 6 Corolla 7afe throttle body work? It seems to only have 2 coolant lines and no vacuum lines that the 4efe has. It also has different tps sensor wires which I can’t figure out. I’ve tried running it and it just idles at silly rpm and gets stupid hot and the intake constantly sucks in air
If im not mistaken i got one at home and went i try to swap it i couldn't it but if im not mistaken its was for a 1996 one now i see u video and its from 1999 😅

Your ecu is only capable of running rich to an extent on standard injectors. For this to work you need bigger injectors and an ecu thats mapped to be able to run the extra fuel and air.
Probably doesn’t make much more “HP”but much better pick up between gears ect but anything even “3ho” on somthing already slow and low hp is a large gain
