Hey everyone this is a late upload due to life events but better late than never I hope you guys enjoy it. in this video I go over the work I have done since the installation of the engine and @15:55 we do some actual work including the slave cylinder fill the trans up with gear oil plus install the cps after a refresh of the seals and a fresh cover. pls like and subscribe as it helps the channel tremendously. thanks again to all of you that watch our videos and drop us comments all is appreciated 🤘🏼🤙🏼

I feel your pain. I started in October last year, barely got it running, just dealing with California's emissions right now😡😡😡. Thanks for your videos, they helped me a lot.🤙🤙🤙🤙my mk3 is also for my son😍😍😍

If you're concerned about oil on first start I'd recommend cranking over without fuel or spark to prime it beforehand. I'd say take one of the cam covers off to make sure oil's getting to the top end but with the 7M's intake that would be a bitch and a half.

Goto the junk yard and pull the half moon throttle linkage from any 90s - to early 2000 toyota. Just verify the mounting holes goes to yours. Could have snagged the throttle cable their too without having to buy a new one

Awesome work! Are you going to be running the "brackets" between the gearbox and motor? My gearbox is only mounted with the 4 bolts to the engine and the gearbox support mount underneath of course Best regards //Tim

CPS wiring remained the same throughout the years,v only the connector colors changed.

front sump conversion right? what oil pick up can we use for that i have a 1986 shimmed 5mge oil pickup adding 8AN Line for oil tube but are the gears going to be to small?

Yeah mine is converted to front sump oil pump with the sump that comes on it. the later model pumps should all have the bigger gears. I have seen people run the older small gear pumps and still be ok but I rather not chance it. If you look at my videos if you haven't seen it already I have an oil pump comparison video that should help you out.🤙🏼
