The African National Congress (ANC) has come under fire for allowing corruption-accused Zizi Kodwa to serve in Parliament.
Kodwa resigned as Sports, Arts and Culture Minister earlier this month after he was charged with corruption.
But he has now been sworn in as an MP, which brought into question the ANC's step-aside rule.

Zizi Kodwa is a anc NEC member. So the next easy step is to be an anc minister. Doesn't matter that he's on parole with a criminal record.

I think the guy who said the ANC are very scared to loose positions and that is why those who seem to be threat to them will be forced to step aside.

Ramaphosa is charged as Zizi Kodwa according to the commission of inquiry which is not yet set aside & not challenged in any court. So it can't be animal farm cases where some are more exclusive than the other.

No one should suffer penalties for being "accused"of a crime. Penalties should be for those who have had a fair trial and found guilty.

This is why the people are angry with the ANC and now we understand why those who were forced to step aside are complaining. They say the ANC policy has got eyes to choose who should step aside and who should not. It is very sad not to treat the people the same from ruling party

Those questions should be asked from the ANC it should be hekd accountable, if it all ANC is truthfull about building itself. Just yesterday, people left ANC but it did not learn its lesson
