Gingoog City's Grand Lubi-Lubi Festival is an annual event being spearheaded by the City Tourism highlighting the Annual City Fiesta of Gingoog In Honor of Patron-Saint Rita de Cascia every 22nd of May. At same time, it gives recognition to Agriculture symbolized by the vast Coconuts in the city which is one of the top sources of income of the Gingoognons. This indigenous festival is being joined in by various barangays making use of the coco parts and materials as their costumes, head dress and props.
