In 2001, my boys and i would steal petrol to ride from Panjim to the Calangute sin belt, and spend all night at rave parties. In 2013, a Saxxti gentleman took me to JCILM, Calangute where a Catholic preacher taught over 500 youth the Word of God. I witnessed Frank give up heroin after 40 years of addiction.
