I like the Friday night format on this channel! I like the question & answer segments so much…I e gotten a lot out of the hour show. ..and for those of us who can’t join live, maybe you can take questions from the comment section? Great show tonight!
It is good to hear that you are passionate about inflammation Dr, and how it plays an important role in the vast majority of illnesses, hopefully you will soon be equally as passionate about how the oxidation going on in the air we breathe, affects the oxidative stress of our cells. Our cells are not suffering from malnutrition.
Good to see your chit chat again after the fact, but nonetheless, enjoy watching and listening. Time zones prevent me participating. Love from Scotland.
Thank you for your time and for all the wonderful information you always provide. Also, your paintings are so lovely! We appreciate you so much, Dr. Been.
I will be very interested in the sweet potato or yam study. I do not eat any nightshades due to allergies, so potatoes have been eliminated from my diet for over 10 years. This includes watching the ingredients of baked goods to avoid potato starch, which also produces inflammation for me. I find these studies on inflammation very helpful and quite informative.
In defense of the potatoes, which are of the nightshade family, there is no mention of how the nightshade compound, which is naturally occuring affects the subjects involved in this study. The same goes for the fertilizer and the weed reduction application of the potato field. Both the fertilizer and weed reduction applications are a synthetic foreign to the subjects bodies and the body does not recognize it and will detox it out if all drain ducts are working appropriately. Otherwise if not recognized will store it in the body as a forever chemical causing the body system chronic inflammation. The Million Vet study in my opinion should be updated with these elements in mind as well as any other ingredients in the recipe with regard to outliers such as kettle composition, butter, and water contamination. For those that want french fries, 🍟, please use an air fryer to achieve a nearly identical result.
